The construction of the entire project can be explained by "three controls,three managements and one coordination".The three controls refer to the control of cost,quality and progress.With the development of the economy,in the process of project construction,the management of "progress" has become the most important control factor.In today's enterprises,both construction enterprises and owners are trying to improve the management level of the construction progress.Although currently,the enterprises have realized the importance of progress management,and have adopted professional management knowledge and tools to improve the basic level and ability of management,the actual survey shows that in the process of the reconstruction of existing commercial buildings,its application status is still far from ideal.Through the investigation of the management of the reconstruction project of L Commercial Building,it shows that the project's awareness of its progress management is relatively weak,and the management systems and methods adopted are relatively backward,and there is no relevant management personnel.Because there are a series of problems in the process of progress management,the chance of success of the reconstruction will be greatly reduced.In view of this situation,this paper carries out a series of research and analysis,hoping to provide some help for follow-up research.Before this study,the first thing that needs to be done is the preparation of the progress plan.The most common method is the critical path method,which can also be used to optimize the use of related resources,equipment and manpower,so that the project can be carried out according to the plan;Then control the implementation of the commercial building renovation project;Finally,carry out the final inspection management by using S-curve method.This article through to the L totaling renovation project management practice,the application of the method and theory of advanced to come in,and combined with specific project management software and the related data for schedule management,through these data to provide decision basis for managers,not only reduce the workload and improve the management level,effective guarantee the engineering quality and progress,to maximize the at the same time also save resources.
