As a big industrial country,China consumes a huge amount of iron,aluminum,copper,lithium and other resources that far exceeds domestic production every year.Therefore,it will import a large number of relevant resources from Australia,Brazil,Indonesia and other countries,resulting in an extremely active related trading market.Considering the cost and other factors,these resources are generally imported by sea in the form of bulk cargo.So the tracking of marine import and export volume has become the focus of traders and researchers.In response to such needs,although there are some relevant data on the market,they generally have the defects of large lag,small coverage,and large deviations from the officially announced data,which is difficult to meet the needs of users.In view of this phenomenon,referring to the construction of crude oil data ecosystem by some international monitoring agencies,this paper builds a cargo analysis system based on the existing ship tracking system.We achieve high-accuracy cargo analysis by integrating "hard data",identifying loading behavior,and extracting cargo rules.And then we carry out system design and implementation around the cargo analysis process,finally achieve real-time tracking of bulk shipping trade flows.The details are as follows:(1)Investigate the construction methods of the crude oil data ecosystem of mainstream monitoring institutions.Conduct in-depth study of key technologies such as AIS system,"hard data",and Drools rule engine.(2)Start with data preparation,complete and optimize the terminal data set,investigate the existing voyage trajectory defects,and propose corresponding solutions.(3)Based on demand analysis,we divide the system into modules,design the interactive functions and key data processes,and finally complete the integration of "hard data" coverage,loading behavior identification,and cargo rule extraction and application.(4)Completed the design of several core modules such as voyage division,metadata management,cargo analysis,and visualization.Elaborated their implementation logic in detail and gave the corresponding page screenshot.(5)Design test cases to test and verify the system from functional and non-functional aspects.The comparison with the authoritative data such as customs shows that the system analysis results have a high accuracy rate,which is in line with the design expectations.(6)Summarize and look forward to the current situation of the system and the direction of future improvement.
