| The risk of integrity exists in the whole process of engineering project,which is a corruption-prone field.In addition to the higher requirements for the integrity risk of the project from the management department,the enterprise itself also attaches great importance to avoiding losses by strengthening the integrity risk management.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to strengthen the research on integrity risk in the field of engineering projects for the long-term sustainable development of enterprise operation and management.The research content of this paper is the integrity risk identification of project P,which adopts FMEA failure mode analysis method,literature research method,case analysis method,Delphi method and WBS-RBS methods.Through the analysis of the research literature and the integrity risk situation in the engineering field,the importance of strengthening the integrity risk in the engineering field is put forward,and the feasibility of FMEA for the identification of integrity risk in the engineering field is demonstrated.Based on the technical process of FMEA method as well as the project field management system,the specific process of the project is formulated.The specific types of integrity risks in this field are identified in combination with literature research.Various integrity risks in various aspects of the project are identified in a matrix manner.The evaluation criteria,comprehensive index calculation method and optimization improvement direction from three dimensions of severity,occurrence and detection are put forward,leading to the construction of FMEA model for the study of integrity risk identification in the field of engineering projects.Finally,taking the project P of company A as an example,FMEA analysis and countermeasure verification are carried out,so that the suggestions for the prevention and control of the integrity risk of project P are put forward.Based on the FMEA method,this paper identifies,analyzes and evaluates the possible integrity risks of the project,and forms a relatively systematic and dynamic risk identification method,which can help Company A significantly improve the integrity risk management ability and help the safe and healthy development.Moreover,this paper expands the application field of FMEA method,and also provides practical reference value for enterprise integrity risk or other risk prevention and control work. |
