The quality of construction projects has always been the focus of attention in the industry,because it is the main factor affecting the appearance and function of buildings.Once there is a problem in the quality of the construction project,it will increase the amount of maintenance,waste the national financial resources,material resources and manpower,bring difficulties to the users and people’s lives,and it may affect the safety of the use of the building structure and endanger people’s property and life.Concept,construction industrialization with prestressed assembly(prefabricated construction)as the representative of new building rapid advance of industrialization,prestressed assembly technology get the favour of national construction,much of its on-site work shift the way to the factory work not only realize the construction efficiency,also achieve lower production costs,reduce the pollution of the environment at the same time.With the development of construction industrialization,precast assembly technology has been more and more applied.As the most widely used integrated component of precast assembly products,the construction investment and construction quantity are also increasing.Affected by the large reinforced concrete prefabricated characteristics,its quality relates to the project’s overall schedule,cost,quality,safety goals can be smooth realization,and the factors affecting the quality of the large reinforced concrete prefabricated mainly has two aspects of design and construction factors,in terms of component design,experience has been very mature,However,in the research on the construction quality control of large reinforced concrete precast members,there is no research on the influence coefficient and action mechanism of each construction factor on the construction quality of precast members.Therefore,this paper adopts field investigation,expert interview and other methods to draw up exogenous potential variables and analyze the influence,interaction relationship,interaction intensity and action path of endogenous variables on the construction quality control of large prefabricated components.With the rapid development of the building industry and the rising status of the prefabricated building,this paper takes the construction quality control of large-scale precast reinforced concrete members as the research object,using PFMEA theory and structural equation modeling method,the construction quality control factor model of large-scale precast reinforced concrete members is established.Then,taking a large-scale precast reinforced concrete component enterprise in Dalian as an example,the construction quality control evaluation is carried out by using the constructed model,and the points that need to be improved in the construction quality control of the enterprise are analyzed and found,and puts forward the improvement suggestion,the measure to this enterprise.First of all,this paper analyzes the advantages of our country’s construction industry development,reflects the need to study the construction quality control factors of large-scale precast reinforced concrete members,the definition of large precast reinforced concrete members,quality control and its related definitions are defined.The PFMEA theory and structural equation model theory are introduced.Secondly,using PFMEA quality tool to identify the factors affecting the construction quality of large-scale precast reinforced concrete members,because the project of large-scale precast reinforced concrete members is limited,by means of discussion or telephone interview,through the investigation of several project managers who have participated in the construction of large-scale precast reinforced concrete members,the relevant factors affecting the construction quality are obtained,and the list of factors influencing the construction quality control of large-scale precast reinforced concrete members is formed,a total of 28 influencing factors.Considering the limitation of the process of identifying the influencing factors,10 well-known experts and scholars in the field were surveyed,and the experts and scholars were invited to revise the identified influencing factors,a revised list of 24 factors affecting the construction quality control of large-scale precast reinforced concrete members is obtained.Thirdly,according to the essential attribute of quality management,human factors,mechanical risk,material factors,technical factors,environmental factors and construction quality control are regarded as the latent variables of the model,24 influencing factors and evaluation indexes of construction quality control of precast members are taken as measuring variables,and the theoretical model of influencing factors and construction quality control of large-scale reinforced concrete precast members is established,then,the questionnaire survey is conducted to the related personnel who are engaged in the large-scale reinforced concrete precast members,collecting and analyzing the sample data,ensuring the validity and reliability of the sample data.Then,the AMOS24.0 software is used to fit,evaluate and modify the structural equation model,and the conclusion is analyzed,and the influence values of each influencing factor on the construction quality control of large-scale precast reinforced concrete members are obtained,the influencing factors are classified and the weight values are determined.Finally,this paper applies the construction quality control factor model of large-scale precast reinforced concrete members,and the influence value and weight of the factors on the construction quality control of large-scale precast reinforced concrete members,this paper evaluates the construction quality control of a large-scale precast reinforced concrete component enterprise,calculates its overall performance and the first-level Index,the second-level index score,and based on this,carries out the analysis of the overall and all-level Index,the weakness of quality control in component construction was found,and in the "Timely and accurate monitoring","Operators skilled application of technology","Construction Technology standardization" and other aspects of the improvement strategies and recommendations targeted,it includes improving the management and operation of personnel,establishing strict equipment management mechanism,strengthening the management of raw materials,strengthening the application of advanced technology and strengthening the support of external environment.
