Construction quality is directly related to people’s lives and property safety. And the quality in the construction phase is particularly critical.It easily leads to fatigue for construction workers in the long heavy manual labor. Once it produces fatigue, construction workers will be making mistakes, sabotage, depression, slow, memory loss and other symptoms. That seriously impact on the safety of construction workers and construction quality.Therefore, human fatigue is a major cause of the efficiency and quality in construction, and it is very necessary to study the impact of human fatigue on construction quality.In this paper, the quality of the construction stage as the object of study and exploring the impact between the human fatigue and quality of construction and their relationship. It aims to ascertain the effect of human fatigue on the construction quality. Thus that reduces the quality of construction accidents caused by human fatigue. Firstly, the theory of human fatigue and quality of construction are described clearly the characteristics and methods of construction quality and human fatigue factors and mechanism.Secondly, this article used the principal component analysis reduced 13 fatigue factors to a representative of five factors, namely construction environment, body quality, organizational management, incentives and mechanical equipment. Moreover, it is not easy to determine the quantitative for the human fatigue and construction quality, so the article used a structural equation model to study the relationship between them. This paper collected valid data by questionnaire and stablished a structural equation model after analyzing the reliability and validity of the questionnaire. Then obtained four latent variables and 14 observed variables.Actual data was fitted with the assumed model by using Amos22. Then the result showed that the effect of this model fitted welland meeted the assumption of human fatigue impacting the construction quality. Finally it got the the total effect of human fatigue factors on the construction quality is 0.89, Including the indirect effect of physical fatigue and mental fatigue as 0.21. Finally, some suggestions were proposed to improve the staff fatigue for construction enterprise.The conclusion of this paper not only has some reference value to clear the fatigue factors of construction workers, increase prevention measures and reduce fatigue damage and improve the quality and efficiency of construction,but also raised some new ideas to solve the issues of construction quality.
