Research Application Of Precast Components Technology Of PC With Residence Industrialization

Based on the demand for energy-saving emission reduction,China's second Five-Year Plan has been prefabricated to act the assembly construction as an important development direction of the construction industry,and local governments have also developed the relevant incentive policies.At present,Chinese housing industry has encountered the bottleneck of the industrialization of the main structures.All localities must rely on the new construction technology and products,especially the prefabricated concrete structure technology and products can really realize the housing industry,thus the construction of the prefabricated component manufacturing base is at the right time.Over the past decade,with the rapid development of research in China's housing industry,a number of units carry out the relevant technical researches and practice,the products have been put on the market.National and local enterprises have been encouraged to research and invest the new construction technology and its products.My unit,as a local leading enterprises,is necessary to assume the corresponding social responsibility,leading the healthy development of the industry.My unit,with a good financial position,management capacity,technical capacity and relying on the advantages of the internal market,as well as the development and growth of endogenous power,then grasps the opportunity to enter the field of housing industry,which can be reserved for future development space.The key issues of this paper are divided into three aspects: the housing industry PC prefabricated components market research,residential industrialization PC prefabricated components manufacturing and installation of key technologies,residential industrialization PC prefabricated components construction plan.In this paper,the technical system of residential industrialization is expounded,and the manufacturing process of PC prefabricated components is systematically studied.At the same time,we have improved the existing assembly technology for the reality of the low productivity of existing assembly houses,the PC components of the assembly methods and assembled nodes for technical innovation and a detailed design,while the safety and reliability of the structure were verified.This article also combines with the development of housing industry and investment in the construction of prefabricated residential building parts,internal and external environment,product technology routes,markets,project implementation conditions for analysis.On this basis,it makes the formation of residential industrial operation of the investment and financing estimates,economic benefits,the implementation of risk and other aspects of research to judge.Finally,this paper puts forward the construction plan of PC prefabricated components.Combined with a prefabricated components factory to be set up as a permanent factory for the planning program research,production plants,in accordance with the "overall planning and step by step implementation,set aside the development of space," the idea,combined with market demands and site conditions,capacity design for the year Construction of housing construction area of 50-60 million square meters to meet the radiation around 150 km within the prefabricated construction components processing capacity needs,through economic and technological feasibility analysis of the feasibility of the construction of the project,with a view to the technical achievements of landing,to promote the development of my unit of housing industry laid the foundation.
