| Today’s market environment is complex and ever-changing,and market competition is becoming increasingly fierce,so the sustainable development of enterprises in various industries can no longer be supported by expanding production scale alone.At the same time,with the aging population,economic and social development is being driven by rising labor costs.Therefore,SMEs that use lower labor costs to earn profits are no longer bound by the major changes in the business environment that are prevalent globally.To survive,manufacturing enterprises are facing a more severe environment and the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce.To win in the fierce market competition,SMEs must shift from scale advantage to quality advantage.Taking DX Company as an example,this paper studies the quality management of production products.Firstly,the general situation of DX company is introduced,and the present situation of product quality management is briefly described.Based on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of DX’s product quality management,the Lean Six Sigma Model has been adopted to optimize and improve its quality management.Then,it expounds on the optimization target and principle of DX’s product quality management,studies the product quality management of DX with the Lean Six Sigma management method,optimizes the process and production layout,controls the key process with the statistical process,and works out the optimization countermeasure of product quality management suitable for DX.The results of the study show that the product quality management of DX company has problems such as backward quality management awareness and ineffective quality management function.In addition,the DX company product quality management optimization implementation process needs organization,technology,funds,resources,and other aspects of protection. |
