Optimization Of Construction Quality Management Of Pile Foundation Based On Lean Six Sigma(LSS)

Construction quality management is very important In building engineering construction process.It is a crucial link in construction process which concerns the quality of the final result.In large-scale construction projects,the filling piles bear the building's main loads passed by the foundation.According to the different construction environment,pile foundation engineering construction presents greater complexity and specialization.The completion of pile foundation engineering with high quality on schedule is the basis of the construction project.As a result,the management quality of pile foundation construction will directly affect the economic benefit and social benefit of the whole construction project.Aimed at the issues such as the complexity,specialization,and process-oriented of engineering construction quality management of the pile foundation,this article will applied the lean six sigma management method to the quality improvement of drill hole grouting pile foundation engineering of ChengLan garden.In this paper,the influence factors and quality index of construction are analyzed and evaluated.On this basis,the management is systematically improved according to six sigma improvement process.Then the possible problems during bored pile construction and reasons of these problems are analyzed.The PICK graph method is selected and successfully solved each problem during bored pile construction.From the comparison of the common quality problem of this and other bored cast-in-situ pile,we can find that the construction quality problem of bored cast-in-situ pile engineering significantly reduced after the application of lean six sigma method.The successful application of Lean six sigma management method in bored pile construction of ChengLan garden can provide references and guidance for the management of other pile foundation construction.
