| As an important part of transportation infrastructure,highway bridges have the characteristics of complex environment,long construction period,complex structure,complex construction technology,and many participating units and personnel during the construction process.These characteristics determine that the construction stage of highway bridges must be accompanied by many uncertain risks.Once an accident occurs during the construction of highway bridges,it will inevitably bring serious economic losses or casualties,and even cause bad social impact.Risk management is to identify the risk factors existing in the construction process of highway and bridge projects,evaluate the risk degree of the main risk factors,and implement risk control measures to prevent accidents before they happen,so as to reduce the probability of accidents and losses.Taking the risk management of NS highway bridge project as the research object,combining with the actual situation of NS highway bridge project,this paper uses the research methods of literature analysis,expert scoring,WBS-RBS,C-OWA operator,cloud model,etc.to study the risk identification,risk assessment and risk control of NS highway bridge construction process.Firstly,on the basis of domestic and foreign research status and relevant theories and methods,WBS-RBS method is used to identify the construction risk of NS highway bridges,and the construction risk evaluation index system of NS highway bridges is established.Then,a risk assessment model of NS highway bridge construction based on cloud model is proposed to determine the risk level of each sub project of the bridge project and the major risk sources of key processes.Finally,the risk control measures and suggestions for NS highway bridge construction are put forward.The main research work of this paper is as follows:(1)Carry out research on construction risk identification of NS highway bridge engineering.In this paper,WBS-RBS is used to identify the construction risk of NS highway bridge engineering.The research shows that there are 12 main risk factors in the construction process of NS highway bridge project,such as insufficient safety awareness,illegal operation and mechanical equipment failure,and there are obvious risks in 24 construction processes,such as bored pile and foundation pit excavation.(2)The construction risk assessment model of NS Highway Bridge Engineering Based on cloud model is established.This paper constructs the bridge engineering construction risk assessment index system,uses C-OWA operator to determine the evaluation index weight,and constructs the bridge engineering construction risk assessment model based on cloud model to evaluate the risk of NS highway bridge engineering.The research shows that the construction risk of NS highway bridge project is controllable as a whole;The construction risk assessment of high pier,support cast-in-place beam and steel box girder is "high risk",which is a major risk source for the key process of the project;Insufficient safety awareness,unqualified safety protection equipment,insufficient safety protection conditions,non-standard site management and other factors are the main risk factors in the construction process of NS highway bridge project.(3)Put fprward the risk control countermeasures of NS highway bridge construction.This paper gives the risk acceptance criteria of bridge engineering construction,and puts forward the control measures and suggestions for general risk sources and major risk sources of NS highway bridge engineering construction.The research in this paper can provide guidance for the construction risk control of this project directly,and also be used for reference by other bridge projects to formulate risk management plans in advance,reduce the probability of risk occurrence or the loss caused,which has high practical value. |
