Research On Risk Management Of Hao Tong Highway Engineering

In recent years,in order to promote the rapid development of economy,Chinese government has devoted major efforts to support the development of construction industry.The construction of highway engineering projects has become the key project of the construction industry to meet the growing demand of transportation.However,due to the long construction period,large amount of engineering quantity,high demand of capital requirements and many other characteristics of the projects,it is very easy to cause highway engineering projects to be influenced by policy,economy,technology,quality and natural environment,which will lead to a large number of uncertain factors and risks during construction.Therefore,identifying and evaluating the risk of highway engineering project and then taking effective measures to deal with the risk of the loss and damage caused by the project risk,is a key problem that must be paid attention to.The documentary method,system analysis method and the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods are adopted to analyze the risk of each stage;and survey and scoring method,analytic hierarchy process and comprehensive evaluation method are applied for the practical application of risk management in this paper.Based on Hao Tong highway engineering,current situation of the risk management of Hao Tong highway is introduced and the project risk management is further studied,which follows the steps of risk identification risk assessment and risk response.Firstly,according to the life cycle of the highway engineering project,each evaluation is identified and sorted by the order of severity of risk;finally,specific risk response measures are provided for the risk of Hao Tong highway engineering.This research can provide decision reference and a definite case for highway engineering projects and similar highway projects.
