Research On Supplier Management Problems And Countermeasures Of P Company

With the development of globalization,the market competition environment has become more and more serious.How to get development opportunities in the huge competitive pressure has become a topic that every enterprise must solve.Nowadays,market competition in the 21 st century is no longer a competition among individual companies,and its competitive environment is even more severe.Meanwhile,it has become the competition of the supply chains where the companies involved.As a core and important part of supply chain management,supplier management has also attracted more and more attention from all the companies of different industries.Various large-scale,small and medium-sized enterprises have gradually begun to pay attention to the importance of supplier management to its own development under this situation.This thesis analyzes the current status and existing problems in supplier management of P enterprise,the subsidiary invested by a foreign group in China and to be the example.It applies the supplier management theories and methods to solve these problems and proposes a series of optimizations in order to provide a reference for P company’s supplier management.First of all,this article analyzes the corresponding supplier management problems of the company and categorizes the problem combines the current situation of P company’s supplier management,Then,we will further propose and research the countermeasures of supplier management problems from the scientific method of supplier selection,supplier evaluation system,supplier relationship management and the standard management control of supplier’s price and cost.Finally,this article proposes safeguarding measures for the implementation of supplier management countermeasures to ensure that the countermeasures proposed in this article can be proceed smoothly and continue to improve in a long period.
