| Collection residential architectural heritage in the 20 th century reflects the human habitation in the form of a major shift,this shift the continuation of impact so far,research collection of residential architectural heritage protection and utilization of the 20 th century,on the correct cognition of the value,repair using the method of reasonable exploration,is no longer a simple heritage protection,but also to improve the living environment and urban environment.In terms of theoretical research,it integrates broader values from different perspectives such as architectural heritage,residential architectural design and urban renewal.Value is the core of the heritage protection use problem,a systematic and 20 thcentury architectural heritage value determination,protection at home and abroad and the development of relevant research,compare the heritage value standards and heritage management mode at home and abroad,the development of heritage value change,and change of heritage protection using the method of change;Combing the evolution course of modern congregate house,studying the historical background of the construction and development of congregate house building heritage in China in the 20 th century,so as to specifically connect the research on heritage value and management with congregate house building in the 20 th century.The empirical research is divided into two parts.The first part is the construction of value evaluation system.Through sorting out the heritage value identification standards and heritage management methods at home and abroad,combined with the elements and characteristics of the 20 th century congregated residential architectural heritage in China,the embedded value of the 20 th century congregated residential architectural heritage is summarized.The value evaluation system composed of ontological value,external value and functional value is constructed to give different levels of positive utility and group identity to its intrinsic value.This paper makes a quantitative study and comparison of the architectural heritage value of the 20 th century conglomeration residential buildings in Beijing in the scope of study by the way of qualitative and quantitative first,scientific quantitative process and multi-level population,so as to further understand and judge the direction of the hierarchical protection and the protection and development of each architectural value.The results will be used to further guide the research of heritage protection and utilization methods.The second part,through case study,summarizes the methods of heritage protection and utilization,and carries on the preliminary scheme conception practice.The practical achievements that are representative,timely and highly consistent with the main research object of this paper are selected as research cases,and sorted out from the aspects of their conservation process,heritage value recognition and current use,etc.,to summarize the development dilemma of gathering and living in architectural heritage in the 20 th century and the methods to break through the dilemma.Finally,combined with the status quo of China’s 20 th century collective housing architectural heritage,the methods of its protection and utilization are summarized,and through the example of Fusui Jing building,which has high heritage value in China but outstanding problems in the current situation,the exploratory practice of restoration scheme is explored.The heritage of 20 th century congregated residential buildings is a "living" heritage and "home" in the city.Its heritage value not only contains precious historical,cultural and scientific values,but also integrates into the current social and urban environment and is closely related to the life of urban residents.Through the targeted and systematic evaluation methods of the heritage value of the 20 th century congregated housing,the value of the heritage of the 20 th century congregated housing is rerecognized,and the effective protection and utilization methods of the heritage of the congregated housing are explored.This is not only the institutional optimization of the protection and utilization of the 20 th century architectural heritage,but also the pursuit and exploration of improving the spatial quality of the old city and even the quality of the future residential space. |
