Study On The Evaluation System And Protection Strategies Of Brick Timberwork Architectural Heritage Health Consultation Of Beijing In The 20th Century

Architectural heritage in the 20 th century is an integral part of the common heritage of mankind which cannot be ignored.As the capital of the Republic of China,in the early twentieth Century and mid twentieth Century,Beijing is an important stage of development during this period,many important modern buildings have experienced the suffering,origin,rise and glory of the Chinese nation,many of them are the precious heritage of our national culture.The brick timberwork structure as the main part of architectural heritage,its particularity in the structure,material and construction technology need the protection method.The main content of the method is the evaluation system of architectural heritage health diagnosis.Engineers seek to evaluate and protect architectural heritage as soon as possible and want to avoid deterioration of damage,collapse and some irreparable accidents.Therefore,this article takes 20 th century modern Beijing brick timberwork architectural heritage as the main research object,establishing evaluation system of architectural heritage health diagnosis and protection strategy.The full text is divided into six chapters,respectively:I.Introduction.This part introduces the research background,object,purpose and significance,research methods and research framework,and explains the specific meaning of the concept mentioned in the article.II.Common diseases and detection methods of Beijing brick timberwork architectural heritage in 20 th century.Frist,these parts collect the relevant data to learn to understand the historical development,characteristics,categories,analysis of Beijing brick timberwork architectural heritage and also select analysis of the domestic and foreign outstanding modern protection case,combines with the observation of disease examples,to understand the common diseases and detection technology of brick timberwork structure.III.Preventive protection and value evaluation of architectural heritage.First,these parts introduce two foreign evaluation methods of preventive protection,including the MDDS diagnostic system.Then,these parts describe in detail the origin of the MDDS diagnostic system,software structure and principles,as a reference standard for health evaluation system,and emphasize on the content and importance of the value assessment of architectural heritage.IV.Evaluation system of 20 th century modern Beijing brick timberwork architectural heritage health diagnosis.Building the health evaluation system,using AHP,in these process the target layer,criterion layer and index layer is assigned a corresponding index(such as the main building structure)and factor index(such as the whole structure strength),the AHP model is established.By the method of quantitative scoring,the level of health condition of buildings is obtained,and the corresponding protection strategy is adopted.V.Protection strategy of 20 th century modern Beijing brick timberwork architectural heritage.In this section,we establish the 20 th century modern Beijing brick timberworkarchitectural heritage data platform with detailed information,and built a detecting system of 20 th century modern Beijing brick timberwork architectural heritage,then describe the specific content of daily management and maintenance and put forward the method of repairing technology of architectural heritage.VI.Engineering practice of brick timberwork structure in Beijing in twentieth Century--a case study of the Church of Yong Ning in Yanqing.This part make health diagnosis of buildings in Beijing.After diagnosis,the results obtained from the health status and response measures are compared with the results of the actual engineering test report,then examine the scientific validity of the evaluation system.Conclusion:Summary of the whole article,the main work is to look forward to future research.
