Research On The Integration Strategy Of Brick Protection And Repair In Heritage Architecture In The 20th Century In Beijing

20th Century heritage buildings,due to their "young" nature,failed to attract people's attention and were exposed to the risk of being ignored or even removed.In recent years,20th Century heritage buildings have drown more and more attention,and the corresponding protection and restoration work has also been carried out.However,the results of the protection and repairation are not optimistic,many of which caused“irreversible damage" to the buildings,namely the second damage,he main reasons are analysed as follows:the construction of pathological diagnosis is not accurate,the selection and use of appropriate technologies and strategies accordingly make a mistake,and the protection and restoration of the system is not clear.Bricks are the most widely used and most typical building material in twentieth Century heritage buildings,it is very important to protect and restore them in 20th Century heritage buildings preservation.On the basis of the analysis and research of the related literature and field investigation,this thesis not only analyses the similarity of the types and causes of the deterioration of the brick in the 20th century heritage buildings in Beijing,but also discusses the corresponding detection and repair technology and the preventive protection of the buildings.In order to stretch the lifetime of the buildings,we established a appropriate repair system,which can make the protection and repair process more systematic and ensure the whole work normal,orderly and efficient.We hope that the relevant analysis and researches in this thesis would have a certain reference value and guidance significance for the preservation of the 20th century heritage building other valuable building materials.The paper mainly discusses and analyzes through the following sections.In the first part of the introduction,the relevant concepts are explained,the research background is reported,the research object and purpose are clarified,and the relevant research contents and methods are determined through the review of the present research situation at home and abroad.Secondly,the paper analyzes and studies the deterioration types and multiple deterioration reasons of the 20th century heritage buildings in Beijing.On the basis of that,the paper summarizes the corresponding detection and repairation technology of brick deterioration,and clarifies the work content and method before and after the work.Thirdly,the paper evaluates the appropriateness of the technology and strategies for the protection and restoration of 20th Century heritage buildings in Beijing,discusses the importance of preventive protection,and then establishes a entire protection and repair system,which can be illustrated by using the case.Finally,the paper summarizes the research content of the paper,and expounds the prospect of the restoration of the protection and restoration of the 20th century heritage buildings.
