Study On Brick Preventive Conservation Measures Of Architectural Heritage In 20^th Century

Based on the existing problems in the protection of architectural heritage in the 20^thcentury,this paper makes an in-depth discussion on the phenomenon of brick diseases and preventive protection measures according to the ideas of putting forward problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.The architectural heritage of the 20th century is still in use as a"living heritage",which has witnessed the historical development and cultural changes of China in the past 100 years,and is a"solidified history".Now the architectural heritage of the 20th century has gradually attracted the attention of conservation workers and the public.However,due to the solidification of the concept of heritage protection and the protection measures,there are some problems in the protection of architectural heritage in the 20^th century.At present,most architectural heritages are"salvage repairs".Only when serious structural safety problems occur and the architectural heritages cannot be used normally can relevant protection and repair work be carried out,which takes a lot of time and effort.Moreover,after the completion of the protection and repair work,no attention was paid to the daily maintenance,which resulted in the appearance of similar architectural disease features in some architectural heritages again,which seriously affected the architectural style and structural safety,and resulted in the loss of financial and material resources.Therefore,it is urgent for the practitioners of architectural heritage to change from passive protection to active prevention and strengthen the daily maintenance of architectural heritage.Compared with other building materials,brick is one of the most widely used building materials in the architectural heritage of the 20th century.It is widely used in many parts such as foundation,brick wall,brick decoration and roof.This paper takes the brick of 20^th century architectural heritage as the main research object,comprehensively analyzes the material characteristics of the building material and the current research and protection situation at home and abroad.Repair case in 20th century architectural heritage protection in the protection of the brick wood parts,analysis and in-depth research,after the repair still exist or are analyzed in detail the typical characteristics of these diseases,and in accordance with the building foundation,aproll,plinth,between the wall and window sill wall,door lintel,ventilation,parapet and so on seven parts separately,damage caused by the detailed analysis of the factors and mechanism of disease.On this basis,this paper summarizes the preventive protection measures that can be taken for the bricks of 20^th century architectural heritage,and analyzes the specific technical methods,applicable objects,application scope and the principles of various preventive protection measures.According to the status quo and disease level of architectural heritage,the preventive protection measures can be summarized in order to promote the change of the concept of architectural heritage protection and the study of preventive protection measures.
