The Research On Rural Pension Architecture In Changde Area Of Hunan Province

The aging problem is one of the most prominent social issues in the world today.In China,because of the double impact of rapid aging and urbanization,the problem of rural endowment is becoming more and more serious,so the countries put forward various coping strategies,such as issuing new pension insurance policy,encouraging folk capital to enter the pension market,etc.,in this case,I explore the design method and strategy of rural endowment architecture suitable for Hunan Changde area from the perspective of architecture.Based on this,the research composition of this paper is as follows:The first chapter mainly expounds the research background,research scope,research object and research methods,and discusses the research status of pension problems at home and abroad,and finally puts forward the research framework of this paper.The second chapter mainly from the old-age pension mode,endowment insurance system,endowment residential facilities tripartite facing the domestic and foreign rural endowment present situation comparative study,and put forward that our country at present urgent need to find effective method to solve the rural old-age problem.The third chapter analyzes the physiological,psychological and behavior patterns of the rural elderly in Changde through literature reading,questionnaire survey and field research,and provides relevant theoretical basis for the design strategy of the rural endowment architecture in Changde.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the rural endowment residence status and endowment architecture in Changde,divides the rural endowment architecture into collective endowment architecture and home endowment architecture,respectively,puts forward the deficiency of the collective endowment architecture in the site selection,spatial layout,landscape environment and other aspects,and the problems of indoor functional space.In the fifth chapter,the author summarizes the design principles of rural endowment architecture in Changde with the content of chapter iii,and puts forward relevant design strategies according to this principle to the fourth chapter of the collective old-age building and home endowment architecture.The author hope through this article research,to fill the blank of research of hunan province rural endowment,and provide effective for changde rural endowment building construction design guidance.
