| With the development of urbanization,more and more people of different classes,nationalities and living habits have poured into the city to live spontaneously,forming a certain scale of mixed residential community in the city.Under the background of urban multi-level inclusive development,urban renewal is facing a series of social problems.At the level of community public space,it is mainly reflected in the lack of public space and poor supporting facilities in mixed residential community,The existing space is difficult to be fully utilized,the daily communication needs of residents are difficult to meet,coupled with the widespread phenomenon of preemption of space resources,it is difficult for vulnerable groups to obtain a more fair right to use space.In view of the insufficient supply of multi-level communication space and the inefficient use of space resources in mixed communities,the optimization of public space based on multi-level communication has a certain research value.Firstly,by combing and summarizing the theories of mixed residence,urban renewal and space optimization at home and abroad,this paper establishes a public space potential evaluation system to promote multi-level communication,explores the optimization design strategy of public space in mixed residential community,and makes a case study combined with practical cases.The research contents mainly include:(1)Comprehensively using the relevant research theories and methods of mixed residential community,combined with the relevant theories of environmental behavior and space-time behavior,taking the insufficient space supply as the research starting point,this paper analyzes the time and space use characteristics of public space in mixed residential community,summarizes the relevant factors affecting space use and stratum communication,and uses GIS to build a potential space evaluation system to tap the potential of public space in mixed residential community.(2)Taking the internal public space of Dalian Malan square community as an example,firstly,the use status of community space and the use needs of residents at different levels are statistically analyzed,the GIS construction potential evaluation system is scientifically constructed,the regional distribution of community public space potential is obtained through the potential prediction of space,the problems of public space potential area of square community are summarized,and the corresponding potential evaluation standards are put forward,Lay the foundation for the rating and optimization of potential areas.(3)Through the summary and analysis of the current situation of the use of public space in mixed communities,combined with the Enlightenment of space production and space construction theory in the self-organization theory,from the perspective of communication,this paper puts forward the corresponding design optimization guidelines for the three levels of space use,space demand and space governance,and puts forward the construction strategy of community co governance and sharing network system from the four levels of policy,planning,mechanism and information. |
