Research On The Optimization Design Of Negative Space In Residential Community

As the transformation of China’s economic development model,Housing system is also reforming constantly to adapt the development of economic system.Welfare community built in 80,90’s of the last century when the planned economy had changed into the socialist market economy,has developed into commercial housing,rental housing and other properties of housing after the implementation of the socialist market economy to eliminate the welfare housing distribution system in 1998.In the changing course of the last two decades,the welfare housing community built before 1998 has experienced great changes from the flow of people,life style and behavior.And these factors redirect the environment of community’s space extremely in order to improved services of people and the quality of life requirements,conforming the modern life style.The community built in recent years,whether it is commercial housing or affordable housing or other different nature of the community are promoting to serve the people living in the community better.Comparatively,the welfare housing community built in the 80 s and 90 s of last century,not only the house it self but also the supporting service,can not catch up with the modern life.When people’s new forms of life conflict with the old use space in these welfare housing community,it will bring out the generation of community negative space,including the negative space which these communities exist at the beginning of the construction.The negative space in which these welfare housing community exist is part of the community’s negative space also has its own particularity.Nowadays these welfare houses have been built for twenty or thirty years,with the age of the house,these welfare housing community will be there more than ten years or several decades in the future.The objective of this paper is to solve the problem to make these welfare houses better in the future to serve people living in the community.This article will analyze the negative space of these communities through the welfare housing community cases built in 80-90 years of the last century in Shenzhen,reveal the specific problems of the edge negative space in the community,and summarize,classify these issues,and then through the analysis of these different types of problems,find out the reasons that cause these problems,analyze the commonness and individuality of the problems.And put forward these different types of negative space,edge negative spaces generality of spatial transformation to optimize the design of the community interior space through the optimization design of the community edge space,put forward the direction of today and the future to solve such problems,as far as possible to achieve an open and diverse ideal community space model.In order to improve the living environment of people living in these welfare communities,provide better service to meet the needs of modern people,and conform the modern life,behavior and the whole historical background.
