Research On The Practical Strategy Of Contemporary Architects In Rural Architecture In Guangxi

With the rise and development of rural construction in Guangxi,,more and more architects’ practice places have shifted from cities to villages and actively participated in rural construction.Architects recognize the differences between rural places and cities and the differences in working methods involved in rural construction,enrich practical activities,and explore the design strategies and methods of rural construction.However,there are still some phenomena of lack of awareness of the rural environment and blind application of urban forms,or the contradiction between the actual needs of the countryside and some architects’ emphasis on local culture and self-expression.Taking this as the background,this paper studies the strategies of architects’ involvement in rural practice in Guangxi.This paper summarizes the main types of architects’ involvement in rural practice and the common design elements of different types through the research methods of literature research,typical case comparative research,field research,the research on the basic theories related to rural construction and the research on the typical practice cases of domestic architects’ involvement in rural practice.Through the research and analysis of architects’ typical practice of rural construction in Guangxi,this paper summarizes the practical strategies and shortcomings.Based on the above basis,this paper puts forward the optimization strategies of architects’ rural construction practice in Guangxi under different practice types,and applies the proposed strategies in practice,in order to provide some references for architects’ Rural Construction in Guangxi.This paper is divided into seven chapters: the first and second chapters are to study the general situation of domestic architects’ rural practice since the 21 st century.Summarize the three main types and characteristics of contemporary architects’ rural architectural practice.The third chapter summarizes the common design elements of the three practice types through the analysis of the relevant basic theories of rural construction and the in-depth analysis of the typical practice cases of each type.Based on the common elements and evaluation criteria of the previous chapter,the fourth chapter makes an investigation and qualitative evaluation of the types and typical cases of contemporary architects’ rural practice in Guangxi,so as to summarize the design strategies for the practice in Guangxi,as well as the existing problems and deficiencies.Based on the three main types of participation in practice,the sixth chapter puts forward the optimization strategies of architects’ involvement in rural practice in Guangxi from the three aspects of the village as a whole,the external space of the village and the folk houses and public buildings from the renewal type of rural communities,the tourism development type and the individual embedding type,and summarizes the working methods and Strategies of architects’ involvement in rural construction.The seventh chapter is the practical application.According to the strategies proposed in the sixth chapter,the proposed practical strategies are applied to the practice of upgrading the rural style of naxupo,the reconstruction design of Mucun village in Sanpo village and the practice of a series of small buildings in laomumian Detian resort,so as to verify the feasibility of the proposed strategies.
