| Under the current economic situation,brick-and-mortar retail continues to decline,and mobile formats are gradually taking shape.Consumer culture and even social culture are rewriting my country’s business structure.People’s consumption behavior paths continue to shift to experience,but mobile formats are more than user experience.The high value problem has not yet been reflected.This paper studies the introduction of modularization into the mobile unmanned retail system to create a flexible and changeable space scene.Combined with relevant design theories and practices,the research and exploration of user behavior are carried out.Combined with the current background and retail space status,the experience analysis and analysis of products and services Optimize,realize and improve its product service system.Using the combination of online and offline operation methods,starting from consumer experience,and through in-depth analysis of the impact of user behavior on the unmanned retail consumption model,a multi-integrated service system that meets the requirements of mobile unmanned retail scenarios is built.Taking the pain points of the existing retail system as a breakthrough point,optimize the experience of the whole chain of retail services,reconstruct the interactive behavior relationship between users,products and scenes,and use modularization to design and analyze retail space touchpoints to solve problems,based on system innovation goals user research methods,combined with on-the-ground user research insights,to optimize their experience design practices.From the post-epidemic perspective combined with future mobile scenarios,through specific theoretical research,user research analysis and design practice,the full text focuses on the touchpoint design of modular unmanned retail systems in future mobile scenarios.The thesis carries out specific design research according to the three links of "theoretical research,investigation and analysis,and strategy output".First of all,based on the literature review,through theoretical research to analyze the background of new retail,the current situation and development of mobile unmanned retail,the introduction path of service design and the application value of modularization,analyze opportunities,and explore unmanned retail in mobile scenarios.System reconstruction and upgrade path.Secondly,with fresh food products as the carrier,the value analysis of the mobile unmanned retail system is carried out.Using questionnaires,user interviews and field research to gain insight into the needs of fresh food consumers in Nanjing,fresh food retail scenarios and user behavior,laying the foundation for the subsequent design strategy export and user model construction.Based on the results of the research and analysis,summarize and build a user model,so as to obtain an analysis of the user’s core needs to expand the design function points.Use service design tools to compare stakeholders and service systems,detect changes in service links,and analyze and reconstruct systems.Finally,a mobile unmanned retail design strategy based on the modular concept is proposed and the design direction is derived.The design practice of this project starts from the life scenarios of typical users,redefines the mobile unmanned retail space,analyzes the elements of the mobile fresh food retail space and the virtual fresh food retail space,and further determines the products of the mobile unmanned fresh food space.With the design direction of the applet,based on the optimization of user experience,the space product design and virtual platform design are finally completed. |
