The retail of fresh commodities is an important part of the community retail business and a kind of retail business inseparable from the basic life of the community residents.In recent years,with the rapid development of urbanization,the community fresh retail industry has gradually evolved a set of "global common strategy" that transcends local differences,and the homogenization is serious.Although this change implemented higher business efficiency,satisfied the needs of the development of the urban community quick update fresh retail mode,but in this community relations among community residents interactivity is not strong,destroyed traditional fresh stores have intimacy,the original true and social ecosystem,to some extent make community neighborhood increasingly indifference.This paper,taking Shanghai silver garden community both fresh and retail terminal as the research object,such as environmental psychology and environmental behavior,place spirit as the theoretical basis,analysis of the community in the farmer's market,fresh seafood,vegetables/fruit/proprietary supermarket stores and a roadside stall,different forms of retail from the space environment and space scale both in promoting community residents factors of effective communication.By summarizing the advantages and disadvantages of fresh retail in each community and combining the influence of the background of "new retail",this paper tries to put forward the design countermeasures and Suggestions for the fresh retail terminal in the community that promotes the neighborhood communication.This paper holds that the community fresh retail terminal should adapt to local conditions in the business model planning and spatial environment design,create the sense of home,belonging and psychological dependence that the community commercial retail space should have,and construct the situation and place that can promote the neighborhood communication of the community residents from the physical form and spiritual meaning.
