| In the process of transformation and upgrading of fresh agri-food supply chain,due to the lack of effective coordination optimization and fresh-keeping service,blind and disorderly development have emerged.This phenomenon increases the loss of fresh agri-food.Coordination and optimization of the supply chain is an urgent need for fresh agri-food to achieve economic,quality,efficiency,and environmental improvements.Based on the characteristics of fresh agri-food,with retailers as the core,combined with the fresh-keeping service and coordination optimization requirements goals in the supply chain operation,this thesis conducts an in-depth research.On the one hand,this thesis analyzes contractual relationship and incentives model of the supply chain,comprehensively evaluates of service quality,proposes decision-making optimization,and coordinates supply chain to achieve global and partial optimization.On the other hand,this thesis does a numerical analysis of each part of the research content.The research work of this thesis is mainly reflected in following aspects:At first,the thesis studies the construction of fresh agri-food supply chain revenue sharing contract model considering fresh-keeping service under uncertain market size.The model is mainly established between core retailers and suppliers.Through the establishment of mathematical model,this thesis derives the optimal retail price,the optimal fresh-keeping service level and the optimal order quantity under coordinated and decentralized decision-making.The thesis has carried on the numerical analysis to relevant parameters.The supply chain can achieve coordination under specific values of parameters such as revenue sharing and fresh-keeping service coefficient.The coefficient joint change of them will cause the optimal retail price,the optimal fresh-keeping service level and the optimal order quantity to show certain degree of change trend.This change has a corresponding impact on the stability of the supply chain.At the same time,due to factors such as market demand and scale,there are certain fluctuations in this trend.Secondly,this thesis combines nature differences between the two types of fresh agri-food products(services)to build an incentive mechanism under multi-task cooperation.From the observational differences in the evaluation performance of fresh agri-food supply chain,the conflict of fresh agri-food suppliers’ resource input and the relevance of different tasks,this thesis analyzes the reasons for the weakening of the incentive efficiency of fresh agri-food supply chain.This thesis further designs the incentive mechanism from two perspectives of product supply process monitoring and subjective evaluation,verifies and demonstrates through calculation examples.In this thesis,by optimizing the design of effective supply chain incentive model,the substitution relationship can be transformed into a complementary relationship between tasks.This thesis also confirms that this incentive mechanism is highly implementable.Thirdly,focusing on service quality improvement goals in fresh agri-food supply chain,based on the capital flow,logistics flow,business flow and information flow in supply chain coordination,the thesis constructs fresh agri-food supply chain service quality evaluation index system.The thesis uses the principle of Analytic Hierarchy Process to determine the weights of indexes at all levels through expert scores.It also uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to conduct empirical research,which verifies the feasibility of index system.Based on the results of the comprehensive evaluation,the thesis analyzes the specific performance,main problems and causes of fresh agri-food supply chain service process.The thesis further improves the multi-attribute sensitivity analysis method,also analyzes the trend and characteristics of the comprehensive scores and the corresponding weights of other indexes caused by the changes in the weights of the indexes.This thesis points out that the index value of capital flow coordination and its weight sensitivity are the most obvious.On the one hand,by improving the value of related parameters of capital flow,the comprehensive score of the supply chain can be rapidly increased.On the other hand,through the index weight sensitivity analysis,the thesis provides theoretical support for the optimization decision model in the following part.Finally,combining the most sensitive results of capital flow coordination in the evaluation of supply chain service quality,this thesis also constructs a stable strategy for coordinated optimal decision-making in the supply chain,and coordinates the income distribution of both parties in fresh agri-food supply chain through the income sharing coefficient and margin.Through the case,the Pareto optimization problem of the "revenue sharing + margin" supply chain coordination of retail enterprises and supplier farmers’ expected returns is coordinated.Based on the assumption that both the random output fluctuation coefficient and the market demand fluctuation coefficient are uniformly distributed,a specific case analysis is given and the solution is performed to verify the correlation and consistency between the theory and the results.Through the numerical analysis of the revenue sharing coefficient and the profit rate coordination mechanism of both parties in the supply chain,an optimal value range is given,thereby realizing the Pareto improvement of the income of retailers and suppliers.This thesis puts forward some new ideas and new methods in study of coordination and optimization theory on fresh agri-food supply chain.This thesis constructs a revenue-sharing contract model considers fresh-keeping service,a "product + service" multi-task principal-agent incentive model,a coordination-based supply chain service quality evaluation system,and a "revenue sharing + margin" supply chain decision-making optimization strategy.In practice,this thesis combines the "Dish Network" project to carry out a case study,and uses numerical analysis to study change characteristics of related parameters.Facing the supply chain coordination goals and previous research conclusions,this thesis finally puts forward corresponding optimization measures.The application of the research results can effectively promote the stability and coordination optimization development of the fresh agri-food supply chain.Based on development background of fresh agri-food and the transformation and upgrading of the supply chain,this thesis proposes decision-making models and optimization measures based on scientific evaluations around contracts and incentives.This thesis is advanced layer by layer,and the research results have important theoretical and social significance for ensuring people’s food safety,promoting rural industrial upgrading,promoting coordinated development of urban and rural areas,increasing farmers’ income,and improving agricultural modernization. |
