In recent years,with the IP of the Forbidden City as the lead,the cultural and creative industry of domestic museums has developed rapidly.Cultural and creative promotion methods are no longer confined to the sale of museum stores.Instead,they continue to explore cultural and creative innovations to bring museums into society and achieve cultural connections between museums and the public.Different from ordinary goods,the essence and value of museum goods lies in cultural transmission.Therefore,starting from increasing the public’s awareness of cultural and creative products,deeply digging the value of cultural consumption and optimizing consumer experience services are vital to the development of the current blog market..In addition,with the popularity of the Internet and mobile payments,autonomous and unmanned new consumption models are becoming more and more popular with the general public,which has promoted cultural organizations and units to transform traditional retail formats.The preliminary results obtained in the paper are as follows:1.Based on the relevant theories and methods of service design,through the analysis of cases of museum unmanned sales,explore the feasibility and application scope of service design into museum unmanned sales.After interpreting the concept,characteristics and industry of unmanned sales,summarize the principles of unmanned sales service design,and summarize the unmanned sales service design methods.2.Take the museum public as the research object,collect public demand for cultural and creative goods unmanned sales service,draw user portraits,analyze the stakeholders in the service and output the user journey map,and further optimize the service contact in the museum unmanned sales service point.3.Use the functional quality expansion method to sort the functional demand weights,and finally establish the design orientation of the museum unmanned sales service.Further comprehensive theoretical research and field investigations,improve the museum unmanned sales service model,and build a museum unmanned sales service system map and service blueprint.4.Analyze the online and offline design content of the unmanned sales service system,and output the design plan of the hardware and software products for the unmanned sales service of the Shaanxi History Museum,and take effective verification of the rationality and user satisfaction of the plan.Existing deficiencies take further optimization and improvement.Theoretical research and design practice show that the museum’s unmanned sales service design is valuable,breaking the geographical restrictions of museum cultural and creative promotion,and without having to consider the size of the museum’s cultural and creative scale.Integrated management.Provide a new paradigm of museum cultural and creative sales and operation services that can fully optimize the public’s cultural consumption service experience,and assist museums to achieve effective cultural dissemination.
