| It has been 41 years since the reform and opening up.China’s economy has made tremendous progress and the manufacturing industry has achieved unprecedented development.At present,under the national policy of encouraging technological innovation,my country is accelerating the construction of an innovative society.A large number of foreign companies mainly engaged in manufacturing have gradually established R&D centers in China,and many domestic private enterprises have gradually transformed from manufacturing enterprises to research and development enterprises.Facing the development trend of economic globalization,my country’s high-tech enterprises are facing great challenges.Because of the rapid technological iteration,their products are easily eliminated.In order to maintain the vitality of competition in the market,enterprises must ensure the innovation and high performance of research and development.R&D is the foundation of an enterprise.Only by laying a solid foundation can the enterprise grow and develop.The enterprise now attaches great importance to R&D investment and management.R&D personnel are the most valuable asset of an enterprise-human assets,and the core of the enterprise’s technological innovation.Therefore,the management of R&D personnel is one of the most important management of an enterprise,that is,performance management.Performance management is the most important part of human resource management.It is a management method for companies to achieve strategic goals,and directly affects the quality of the company’s products and the company’s innovation capabilities.Companies must analyze the actual situation and formulate appropriate performance management to enable high-tech companies to have an advantage in a globalized economy.This paper takes KAG company as an example to discuss the performance management of the company’s R&D center.The specific research content is as follows: First,it introduces the research background,research content,methods,ideas and significance of performance management.Secondly,analyze the related theories of performance management,clarify the concept of performance management,the methods of performance appraisal,and the personality and management principles of R&D personnel.Then introduce the company’s overview,the organizational structure of the R&D department,and analyze the current status of the performance management system of the R&D center.Use the investigation and analysis method to analyze and investigate the main problems existing in the performance management system of KAG’s R&D center.Finally,it provides optimization solutions and suggestions for the problems existing in the performance management system of KAG’s R&D center.This article takes the performance management system developed by the manufacturing company KAG as the research object,and analyzes the problems existing in the performance management system developed by the KAG company.Through the research,the following four conclusions can be drawn: First,the company cannot effectively implement the performance management system of the R&D center.Secondly,KAG’s strategic goals and performance management system are not close enough.Third,KAG’s performance management system has not formed an effective closed loop,and feedback information is lagging behind.Fourth,the results of performance management cannot promote the enthusiasm of employees.I hope it will have a certain guiding role for our private enterprises. |
