| To achieve national development in the 21 st century,China needs the "Belt and Road";international trade with other countries is inseparable from the "Belt and Road";the implementation of the country’s maritime strategy also requires port construction,which plays an important role in promoting China’s economic development.The country has put forward instructions for the construction of 18 coastal ports in the two related documents of the "Belt and Road",and promoting the construction of ports along the "Belt and Road" will help to further respond to the "Belt and Road" Initiative.Good development port.This paper studies the competitiveness of coastal ports under the background of the "Belt and Road" from three dimensions: transportation capacity,financial indicators,and non-financial indicators.From the perspective of transportation,the port transportation situation is analyzed from the perspective of container throughput and cargo throughput,and the logistic model is used to make specific predictions for major ports.In terms of financial indicators,the entropy weight TOPSIS is used to analyze the financial capacity of the port,including solvency,cash-generating capacity,profitability,operating capacity and development capacity.In terms of non-financial indicators,TOPSIS is used to analyze the competitiveness of ports by establishing18 indicators from five aspects: natural conditions and infrastructure,urban comprehensive capacity,port capacity,soft environment,and the "Belt and Road" related.Then,the non-financial indicators and financial indicators are combined according to a certain proportion,and the port competitiveness is comprehensively ranked.Judging from the research results,there is a difference between the competitiveness ranking of financial indicators and non-financial indicators of ports.In the final comprehensive ranking,Shanghai Port and Ningbo Port ranked the top two,while Dalian Port and Lianyungang ranked second.Finally,according to the process and results of the research on the competitiveness of the main coastal ports along the “Belt and Road”,from the improvement of the container system,the improvement of terminal functions and services,the strengthening of port financial management capabilities,the integration of “smart ports” into the “Belt and Road”,and the vigorous development of sea-rail Suggestions are made in six aspects of intermodal transportation and port transformation and upgrading,drawing on the development experience of ports with strong competitiveness,promoting the better development of ports with weak competitiveness,and putting forward some ideas for strengthening the construction of coastal ports. |
