At present, the world economy is gradually developing towards integration, and the pace of trade globalization is accelerating, leading to the rapid development of modern logistics. As a port of important logistics activities,it plays a considerable role in promoting economic development and driving the development of related industries.Important role.Among them, the geographically superior port relies on its own advantages and occupies an important position in the trade between countries.Located in the lower reaches of the Tumen River, the port of Luojin is adjacent to the junction of China,North Korea and Russia and is the geometric center of Northeast Asia. With the promotion and implementation of various cooperative development policies issued by the United Nations Development Programme,North Korea,Russia, and South Korea, the strategic significance of the Luojin Port has become increasingly prominent, affecting not only the strategic pattern of the entire Northeast Asia, but also the "borrowing of the port" for China."It also has far-reaching significance. In the recent construction of the "Belt and Road" project,it is pointed out that the cooperation and development of countries along the line will be strengthened, the land and water transport corridor will be smoothed, and port cooperation will be promoted. In the "Changjitu Planning Outline",it is clearly proposed to vigorously promote international cooperation in the Tumen River region, innovate cooperation mechanisms, and accelerate the construction of an international large-channel smooth project. After the "One Belt And One Road" initiative was put forward, the"Changjitu" strategy was actively integrated into the "Belt and Road".Under the promotion of this policy environment, the development of Luojin Port faced many opportunities and challenges, and how to develop core competitiveness.Become the key. This study takes Luojin Port as the research object, based on Porter’s diamond model as the theoretical basis, introduces six factors that affect the competitiveness of port logistics through qualitative research method, and combines quantitative research to make Luojin Port and other ports.Compare and analyze the most advantageous factors and weak links to help Luojin Port achieve better positioning. The research results show that the port of Luojin has a large competitive advantage in terms of natural conditions and policy support, and it is relatively backward in terms of infrastructure, port industries and port services, and needs to be improved as soon as possible. On the basis of the conclusions of the study, combined with the political environment and the advantages and disadvantages of the competitiveness of Luojin Port, the corresponding suggestions are put forward, which will give Luojin Port the greatest strength in the future competition, and then promote the economic development of Yanbian and Jilin Province.
