| The long-term high emission development model of mankind has led to frequent global climate problems in recent years.As a main building type in urban buildings,office buildings have a considerable share,and the overall energy consumption performance is poor.As the skin of the building,the envelope plays an important role in the process of energy exchange between the interior and exterior of the building.The climate in hot summer and cold winter areas is complex,and the design methods of office building envelope are diverse,but there is a lack of more objective and clear summary of common design methods.Therefore,taking the area with hot summer and cold winter as an example,taking the envelope of office building as the research carrier,this paper processes and compares the ecological design characteristics of this specific building type through multivariate statistical analysis method and the traditional architectural feature language in a data-based way,and summarizes and puts forward the adaptive design method and relevant design strategies of the envelope of office building under this climate condition;And take this as the basis for architectural design simulation.The main contents are summarized as follows:Firstly,this paper takes the evaluation standards of green buildings at home and abroad as a reference,studies and compares them,and analyzes their similarities and differences in evaluation contents and methods;Secondly,collect and screen 80 typical building cases at home and abroad that meet the climate conditions and achieve a certain energy-saving effect,and extract and count their common design methods;Thirdly,it analyzes and summarizes the common design methods,principles and applications of envelope structure of typical office buildings in hot summer and cold winter areas;After analyzing the domestic and foreign construction cases,we use the clustering method to analyze the five typical cases and obtain the relevant results;Fifthly,through the comprehensive analysis of the results and relevant factors of the case data,three ecological design strategies are obtained: high-performance curtain wall,environmental protection material utilization and multi angle design;Sixth,based on the ecological design strategy of high-performance curtain wall and multi angle design formed by research and summary,a simulation design attempt is made against the background of a competition.Through multivariate statistical analysis method,this paper processes the architectural design information according to the relevant evaluation system and the existing architectural case design content,which makes the architectural design evaluation and analysis more objective,has certain innovation in the specific use of research methods,and lays a certain foundation for relevant research.Using the principle of statistics,we get a certain correlation between the relevant design methods,as well as the similarities and differences of design methods between different cases.According to the data evaluation and analysis results,three different types of design strategies are proposed,which provides a certain reference for the architectural design method under this climate type. |
