It’s a kind of necessary behavior for man to build buildings,because constructions offer the living condition for us. On its fundamental, the property of theoriginal building is green, so it is a method that we advocate the green building to return itsactual face. Green buildings that coordinate and sustaine scientific development views., is theultimate direction, we seek to, in the construction business.The environment is special in the hot-summer and cold-winter zone,owning to hugepopulation. With the emergence of industrialization, the office buildings, are springing up andup. So, it’s necessary for us to study green high-rise office buildings in the hot-summer andcold-winter zone. For this reason, we need to answer a question: which is more important ingreen buildings, techniques or the management? In fact, It’s very hard to answer the questionfor kinds of experts, but, I am sure that techniques have a great role in green buildings.This paper introduces the green buildings by progressive resistance.
