| This paper,from the geographic climate characteristics of hot summer and cold winter region,are analyzed from the aspects of temperature,humidity,sunshine in hot summer and cold winter region climate region influence factors of residential building energy efficiency design,from the layout and envelope two aspects analyzes the basic features of existing buildings in hot summer and cold winter region,this paper expounds the hot summer and cold winter area residential building energy efficiency are the main problems,and discusses in detail the envelope in hot summer and cold winter region common measures of energy saving.Existing building as an example,this article selects chengdu area on the energy-saving simulation optimization,through the analysis of calculation results,it is concluded that exterior wall adopted since the insulation heat preservation and heat insulation hollow brick with hot and cold bridge,roof adopts extruded polystyrene board inversion type roof,outside the window using multi-cavity tech energy-saving construction measures of low-e insulating glass completely meet the indicators of energy saving,compared with other energy saving construction,has the advantages of economical construction,in hot summer and cold winter area residential has a strong adaptability and feasibility in the enclosure structure energy saving. |
