The Research On Designing Green Office Building In Hot-summer And Cold-winter Zone

The hot-summer and cold-winter zone in china has uncomfortable climate,In these regions,most of buildings hadn't considered climate adaptability,lead to bad environment indoor.In order to improve the living environment ,people often abuse air-conditionings and energy consumption sharp arising.To solve these problems, architecture must reconsider relations with the climate,use appropriate technical measures to create a suitable living environment for people,and to improve the efficiency,reduce non-renewable energy in energy consumption.The author studies design methods based on climatic analysis and architectural strategies adopt for hot-summer and cold-winter zone,explores the application of design methods and techniques while designing multi-storey office building.According to the application of most commonly used climate analysis methods,the method which created by Dr.Yang Liu of Xi'An University of Architecture Science and Technology is chose to analysis the climate of shanghai.The result is passive solar heating, natural ventilation,heat preservation insulated wall and shade are possible strategies. After studying the form,application scope,advantages and disadvantages,efficiency factors of these strategy,the author combine design requirement and these strategy to complete the design.The tools such as software of CFD are used to determine the hall,windows,double-skin glass curtain wall and shade.
