Renovation Design Of Old Living Environment In Banbian Lane Of Tianqiao East Street In Jinan Based On Organic Renewal Theory

According to relevant statistics,by 2020,the urbanization rate of China’s permanent population had reached 63.89 percent.In this context,the theme of urban development in China has changed from "incremental development" to "stock optimization",and the effective method of stock optimization is urban renewal.As an important component of urban environment,the old residential blocks are becoming the focus of urban renewal.With the change and improvement of modern life style,the function and environment of existing old residential blocks have been unable to meet the needs of daily use of residents.The contradiction between the old and new historical buildings and the modern buildings also appeared in the block,and the corresponding regional cultural deposits became blurred.How to carry out environmental activation design for the old residential blocks with cultural and social value has become an important topic in the current urban renewal research.Based on the theory of "organic renewal" and based on the theory of "organic renewal",this study aims to activate and transform the old residential environment in the old urban residential blocks.It is hoped that this study can provide reference for the environmental renovation design of other old urban residential blocks,improve the use function of the residential environment space of the old blocks,improve the environmental life quality of the residents of the blocks,and continue the cultural memory of the urban blocks.
