Research On The Renovation Design Of Tongtian Street In Tai’an Based On The Theory Of Urban Organic Renewal

The historical context of a city has gradually formed over a long period of development,showcasing the core cultural values of the city.Historical and cultural blocks are important spatial carriers of urban historical context,main venues for urban residents’ activities,and important witnesses of urban historical development.They condense people’s ideological concepts,cultural forms,cultural characteristics,and the folk lifestyle that a city has inherited for generations.In today’s society,the urban development model is undergoing a transformation from an incremental model to a stock model,and the organic renewal of old urban areas has become an urgent issue that needs to be studied and solved.In the rapid incremental stage of development in the past,the renovation of old urban areas has had a certain impact on the preservation and development of historical and cultural blocks,and the spatial layout,street texture,and cultural environment of many blocks have been damaged to varying degrees.The lack of innovative antique architecture and incorrect planning and design have led to the rupture of historical context,affecting people’s experience of the neighborhood.This indicates that historical and cultural neighborhoods should be updated and renovated in line with the new era background.With the continuous development of society,theories on the renovation and design of historical and cultural blocks have emerged one after another,among which the practical application of organic renewal theory in renovation is a prominent one.This theory emphasizes the need to update and transform historical and cultural blocks in accordance with natural laws and objective facts,enhance the interrelationships between various elements within the block,develop and improve on the basis of maintaining the original texture of the block,and continuously carry out independent updates and organic development.However,in specific renovation practices,in order to fully tap into the potential of organic renewal theory,it is still necessary to integrate the application of this theory more systematically with the renovation design of historical and cultural blocks,and conduct in-depth thinking and practical exploration.The thesis adopts a combination of theory and practice to carry out the renovation and design of historical and cultural blocks.Under the guidance of organic renewal theory,taking Tongtian Street in Tai’an as the research object,actively exploring the organic path of historical and cultural district renewal and renovation design.By using interdisciplinary research methods,literature research methods,case analysis methods,comprehensive analysis methods,and on-site investigation methods,and referring to relevant theoretical and practical cases at home and abroad,this study analyzes and sorts out the renovation design techniques of historical and cultural blocks based on the organic renewal theory,and combines excellent successful renovation cases to understand the specific manifestations of the organic renewal theory renovation design techniques in historical and cultural blocks,Finally,the practical case of Tongtian Street in Tai’an is used to explore the transformation and design of historical and cultural blocks using organic renewal theory.Systematically analyze the overview of Tai’an Tongtian Street,deeply explore local culture,and comprehensively analyze the existing problems of Tai’an Tongtian Street from multiple dimensions.Through the renovation of Tongtian Street in Tai’an,a series of effective design principles,strategies,and measures that can be applied to the organic renewal and renovation of historical and cultural blocks have been summarized.The aim is to continue the historical context of historical and cultural blocks,improve the living standards of residents in the area,create high-quality neighborhood leisure space,build a three-dimensional transportation system,build urban reception halls,promote spatial industry upgrading,stimulate the vitality of historical and cultural blocks,and to some extent enhance the city image,enhance regional economic vitality,and achieve a win-win situation of economic benefits and cultural heritage.At the same time,it provides theoretical basis and practical experience reference for improving the organic renewal,renovation,and design of such historical and cultural blocks.The thesis is divided into six chapters:The first chapter is the introduction section,which systematically elaborates on the research background,purpose and significance,content and methods,research framework,and summarizes the current domestic and international situation of relevant theories,proposing innovative points.Chapter 2 conducts in-depth research and analysis on relevant theories such as organic renewal and historical and cultural blocks,clarifying the practical significance of the application of organic renewal theory in the renovation and design of historical and cultural blocks.Secondly,through research and analysis,the first batch of Chinese historical and cultural blocks are summarized into various types,including the types of historical and cultural blocks,and the types of Tongtian Street in Tai’an;Once again,analyze and study three domestic and foreign design cases with reference significance,providing reference for the organic renewal and renovation design of Tongtian Street in Tai’an.Chapter 3conducts a survey and analysis of the geographical location,historical evolution,cultural environment,block layout,population analysis,commercial status,and SWOT analysis of Tai’an Tongtian Street.Combined with the previous research,the existing problems of Tai’an Tongtian Street are summarized and summarized,providing a practical basis for the proposal of district renewal strategies.Chapter IV,based on the previous theoretical research and field research,summarizes the design principles of integrity,authenticity,dynamics,context continuity,public participation,function improvement and industrial upgrading,and clearly proposes the design
