| At present,with the rapid development of the city,a large number of people and resources gather in the city,bringing new demands for life,and the demands are increasingly multi-level and diversified.The elements such as cultural construction and spatial function of blocks are increasingly paid attention to by people.The construction emphasizes the utilization of limited original resources for stock optimization and sustainable development,improving urban resilience and optimizing urban structure,and meeting people’s expectations.At present,in the process of urban development,part of the cultural context has been neglected and destroyed.The purpose of this paper is to help revive the historical and cultural old city and coordinate modern life while carrying forward the historical and cultural deposits.Based on the theory of "organic renewal",this project chooses the historical and cultural block near the East Street of the old city of Luoyang,and carries out the protection and renewal design of the historical buildings and the surrounding cultural preservation units within the research area.First,organize the development process of organic renewal concept,historical and cultural block protection and other related concepts,and integrate theoretical support.After that,continue to study and summarize relevant cases at home and abroad to lay the groundwork for subsequent practice.Finally,the 13.3-hectare area around Dongdajie in the old city of Luoyang is taken as the design research object for practical exploration.Through the investigation of the current situation,it is found that the overall style of the historical and cultural blocks around Dongdajie is difficult to unify,the surrounding planning and protection of historical buildings and cultural preservation units are not in place,and the public infrastructure and functional zoning within the block are not perfect.In view of the above problems,the author puts forward planning principles and concepts such as focusing on buffer design,historical and cultural inheritance,organic renewal of point,line and surface,sustainable development of urban strategy and people-oriented,etc,and then carries out overall planning and design,sorting out and connecting important nodes.Through the demolition and renovation of the old buildings to open up the traffic route,the former residence of Xu Peizhai,Wu Tinglin courtyard and other joints to carry out partial organic renewal design,special design practice.Planning and construction of "five sections,four cores and two axes" landscape structure;Five of them are living area,commercial area,recreation area,history and culture area,and memorial area.With Drum Tower-ConfucianTemple-Xuxue University-Park as the main core landscape area,the Confucian Temple and Xuxue University plan to cover an area of 12,000 square meters,the park plans to cover an area of 5,300 square meters;Historical buildings,squares,churches and other landscape nodes.Through the targeted landscape planning and design of different sites,such as the construction control zone of cultural preservation units,the style coordination zone of historical and cultural blocks,and the residential area within the blocks,the protection and renewal strategies of historical and cultural blocks are further discussed,in order to provide new ideas and planning and construction experience for the future landscape planning and design practice of historical and cultural blocks. |
