Research On Traditional Rural Residential Building Design Based On Organic Renewal Theory

Traditional Chinese villages have a traceable meaning.Villages mean hometown and origin for Chinese people.Any village is based on the geographical and historical humanities that depend on it.The northern Jiangxi region has great climatic conditions and farming culture,vicissitudes of land.After the changes of the times,the traditional villages in the northern Jiangxi region have maintained a beautiful state of mountains and rivers.Villagers have lived here for a long time.Since the promulgation of China’s urban-rural co-ordination policy,Jiangxi Province has followed closely,calling for and investing in rural construction constantly.The more information the villagers receive,the less they can control the reasonable construction methods.The problems in the renewal and construction of rural houses are summarized as three points: the decline of the ecological texture of rural buildings,the disorder and disorder of the internal order of buildings,historical culture and regional characteristics Fault.The important significance of rural construction is to return the village to its original state.At the same time,this is also the goal of rural construction.In the face of the stagnation of rural development at this stage,the attitude towards rural construction should be more inclined to “guard” the homeland,“guard” the foudation.The development of the village is an organic whole,and the natural ecology,architectural form,historical context and other parts of the village are constantly adjusted and organically integrated over time to form a harmonious village.In this context,this study cuts in from an organic renewal theoretical perspective,taking rural residential buildings as the main research object,combining the current status of traditional villages,with regard to the production and lifestyle of villagers in the countryside,the relationship between villagers and houses,and the rural To investigate the regional customs,mention the problems existing in the rural residential houses at the emerging stage and find out the driving factors affecting the development of rural houses,and try to build an organic update design strategy model and method suitable for rural residential buildings.By reviewing and sorting out a large number of documents,the author deeply analyzes the theory of organic renewal and defines concepts from the aspects of organic renewal concepts,principles,and model characteristics to form a cognition of organic renewal theory.In this process,the study found that the current organic renewal theory is more used in urban renewal,and no clear guiding theoretical framework has been formed in rural renewal construction.Therefore,this study attempts to find the applicability of organic renewal theory in rural housing.Explore the organic properties of the countryside from the three aspects of the organic nature of the rural environment,the organic nature of the spatial structure,and the organic nature of the development of the times,analyze the significance of the organic renewal theory for the rural residential renewal,and then combine the classic successful cases in China and Jiangxi Province,Looking for elements that can be used for reference,trying to form a preliminary theoretical guide to further explore the application of organic renewal rural design.This part lays a theoretical reference and reference for the design strategies and methods later.In the method construction part,the three levels of organic renewal,namely overall organicity,scale rationality,and gradual progress of the process are discussed,and the establishment of the overall “organic” order is the concept of design renewal,“rationality” is the design principle,and “gradual” inheritance is the method.Construct an “ORG” strategy model.In this study,the rural residential buildings in Hongxia Village in the northern Jiangxi region were selected as the empirical design objects.The family structure,basic overview of residential buildings and architecture in residential buildings in Hongxia Village were investigated and analyzed in the way of villages,in-depth rural field surveys and questionnaires.The pattern and characteristics of the structure and the characteristics of Hongxia Village are as follows: the surface texture of the building and the deterioration of the surrounding environment,the internal order and structure of the building,the regional characteristics and the historical dysfunction.Aiming at the current situation of Hongxia Village,it is proposed to build an overall organic order,adopt dynamic protection of architectural texture,people-oriented maintenance of internal order,and rational remodeling of inherited regional culture for countermeasure discussion.And according to the time axis,the evolution of the residential space form is divided into four types of spatial phases: the traditional residential stage before the founding of the country,the transitional period after the founding of the country to the reform and opening up period,the modern space stage after the reform and opening up to the millennium,the post-millennial Free space stage so far.The purpose is to find the internal order of space division,to explore the evolution model of the building,to explore the feasibility and model of the future development of residential buildings in Hongxia Village through the establishment of model design methods,so as to construct a feasible path for the organic renewal and development of Hongxia Village,and to pursue the organic renewal of the village Of sustainable development.The study found that the organic renovation of rural residences is not only the renovation design of the building exterior,but also the internal order and external influencing factors.It is necessary to coordinate the internal and external factors in order to realize the rural residence and The sustainable development of the village.The following points should be considered in the organic renewal design of rural residential buildings: First,the building as a part should be coordinated and integrated with the whole village,and the restoration of ecological texture needs to inherit the rural layout model,reshape the surrounding micro-landscape,and adapt to nature Conditions;Second,considering the proper combination of traditional craftsmanship and modern technology,improving the internal order requires maintaining the balance between tradition and modern evolution,achieving the modern interpretation of traditional materials,the rational inheritance of traditional construction technologies,and a re-recognition of traditional technologies;Third,space remodeling inherits regional culture,and the inheritance of historical context needs to consider the refinement and adjustment of residential prototypes to adapt to modern development,optimize functional spaces to regain people’s emotions,and refine traditional symbols to strengthen regional characteristics.The rural renewal is not a single transformation of individual buildings,but a comprehensive transformation of architecture that integrates multiple elements such as rural natural ecology,historical culture,and regional characteristics.Architectural renovation is not a one-off process,it requires small-scale,progressive design.The development of the village is historic,and the renewal of residential buildings requires an organic sequence of historical development.This is essentially a "space-time design".In this study,the in-depth analysis of organic renewal theory and the theoretical model of refining and restructuring are applied to the renewal of Hongxia Village in the north of Jiangxi Province.It attempts to use specific rural residential renovation as an active attempt at organic renewal in rural areas.It provides reference and ideas and suggestions for the updating of its housing.
