Study On Evaluation Of Intelligent Construction Capability Of General Construction Contractors

In the context of the current national proposal to accelerate the promotion of intelligent construction and building industrialization,intelligent construction,represented by the application of new technologies,brings opportunities for the construction industry to upgrade and transform.General construction contractors have the traditional advantages of management,technology and resource integration,and the development of intelligent construction has become a trend.At the same time,the development of intelligent construction has new capability requirements.For the construction general contracting enterprises,there is no corresponding evaluation standard of intelligent construction capability to guide them to improve and enhance their intelligent construction capability.Based on this,this paper aims to build an evaluation system for intelligent construction capability of general contracting enterprises,in order to clarify the direction of developing and improving intelligent construction capability of general contracting enterprises and accelerate the process of developing intelligent construction.First of all,the paper compares the concept and technology application of smart construction in detail,and summarizes the main contents of developing smart construction in construction general contracting enterprises.The close connection between smart construction and digitalization is discussed,and four dimensions of smart construction capability of construction general contracting enterprises are proposed,which are smart technology application capability,smart technology integration capability,smart organization capability and value creation capability,combined with the theory related to digital maturity.Secondly,the evaluation indexes of the four dimensions were compiled through literature research,and the indexes were optimized through expert interviews.Further,the model hypothesis was proposed and the structural equation model of intelligent construction capability evaluation index system of construction general contracting enterprises was established.The questionnaire was designed for the evaluation indexes,the survey data were collected,and the data and model fitting effects were verified by combining with the structural equation modeling method,and the intelligent construction capability evaluation index system and index weights at all levels of the construction general contracting enterprises were determined.Finally,a complete evaluation system of intelligent construction capability of construction general contracting enterprises was obtained by constructing a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of intelligent construction capability.The validity of the model was tested by collecting and calculating evaluation data from the selected case enterprises,and countermeasure suggestions were made.The analysis of the evaluation model of intelligent construction capability of general contracting enterprises shows that the intelligent technology integration capability has a significant impact on the intelligent construction capability of general contracting enterprises,and enterprises should accelerate the exploration process of intelligent technology application in the intelligent technology integration capability.Secondly,in terms of intelligent organization capability,intelligent personnel training and full participation should be strengthened,and their technical experience advantage should be used to improve intelligent implementation organization capability.In terms of intelligent technology application ability,it should continuously promote the project to carry out intelligent application and improve the ability in practice.This paper constructs an evaluation model of intelligent construction capability of construction general contracting enterprises,which enriches the research on intelligent construction evaluation and,at the same time,has practical significance for promoting the development of intelligent construction capability and intelligent transformation of construction general contracting enterprises.
