Analysis And Evaluation Of Cost Factors Of General Contractor Under EPC Mode

Under the background of the economic globalization and the continuous development of the building market towards internationalization,the EPC model has developed very well both at home and abroad,but there are still many problems in the current situation of the cost management of the general contractor under the EPC model of our country.In order to maximize the EPC model To enhance the cost management ability of the general contractor,effectively reduce the project cost of the general contractor and improve the overall contractor's benefit,the research on the factors affecting the cost of the general contractor under the EPC model has become an important topic at present.It is also the theoretical basis of the cost management of the general contractor of the EPC project.From the point of view of the general contractor,this paper divides the factors of total contractor's cost in EPC model into two dimensions of internal and external factors.Some factors are extracted by the method of literature analysis and actual case analysis,and the cost of the general contractor of EPC project is preliminarily identified by the method of brainstorming.With the help of the expert consultation method,the influence factor system of the initial construction is optimized.Finally,the overall and systematic EPC model of the total contractor's cost influencing factors,which is composed of 6 cost influencing subjects and 20 specific factors,is finally determined,and on this basis,the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy synthesis are used.The combined evaluation method has completed the analysis of the weight of the influencing factors in the influence factor system and the construction of the evaluation model of the impact degree of the influence factor system on the total contractor's cost under the EPC model.Finally,through the application of the constructed cost impact assessment model to the actual EPC project,the impact of the impact factor system on the total cost of the actual EPC project is obtained,and some solutions are proposed for the impact results,and the effectiveness of the impact assessment model is verified.Meanwhile,some pertinent control measures are put forward for the influencing factors of EPC project's general contractor's cost.Through this study,it provides a new research idea and research method for the cost management of the general contractor,which is beneficial to the general contractor to quickly and accurately determine the impact of the factors on the cost of the project,to find the most influential factors and to respond,to a certain extent,to a certain extent,the total bearing of the EPC model has been enriched.The cost management method of the contractor has strong theoretical and practical significance.
