Research On Quality Management Optimization Of Real Estate Landscape Engineering Based On Third-party Engineering Evaluation

With the development of the social economy,The requirements of the buyers for the quality of the living environment such as real estate construction engineering products and residential garden landscapes are constantly improving.In order to further improve the quality of construction-in-progress products,strengthen the quality management awareness of project managers,improve management and control standards,and reduce customer complaints,more and more real estate companies have introduced third-party engineering evaluation agencies.However,the relevant management personnel of landscape engineering do not pay enough attention to the third-party project evaluation,and they fail to make full use of the third-party project evaluation in the actual construction process of landscape engineering.Taking BL company’s landscape engineering project as an example,this paper analyzes the current situation of landscape engineering quality management.At the same time,combined with the third-party project evaluation content,standards and the problems existing in the BL company’s landscape engineering quality process,comprehensive quality management such as PDCA cycle is used.The method,the actual situation of the project and the field experience,carry out the optimization research on the quality management of the real estate garden landscape project.Starting from the third-party project evaluation,landscape concept and PDCA cycle theory,the chapter gives an overview of the relevant theories of landscape engineering project quality management;Secondly,At the level of summarizing the quality management of BL company A project and the third project evaluation,put forward the quality management problems existing in the third party project evaluation of BL company landscape engineering;Thirdly,According to the problems existing in BL company’s landscape engineering project,the corresponding landscape engineering quality management is formulated from four aspects: quality management plan(Plan),quality management execution(Do),quality management inspection(Check),and quality management treatment(Act).Finally,through the implementation of the optimization plan for the B and C projects,and through the comparison between the evaluation results of the B and C projects and the evaluation results of the A project,the feasibility of the quality management optimization plan is obtained.The related research in this paper not only has certain theoretical and practical significance for the engineering quality management of BL workers,but also has corresponding reference value for the future landscape engineering quality management of the whole industry.
