With the rapid development of economic construction,Our air environment is deteriorating day by day.In recent years,the news of PM2.5 particles in various places is often in the major media reports.In this context,the issue of environmental governance is of particular concern and has received considerable attention at all levels of government.One of the main sources of pollution is flue gas emissions from coal-fired boilers in thermal power plants.Apart from increasing particulate matter in the air,nitrogen oxide and sulfur oxide can cause great harm to the environment.SCR denitrification is a method to control NOx emission in flue gas,which is widely used in domestic power plants.Denitrification optimization is an effective method to improve the efficiency of the whole SCR denitrification equipment.Its effect is to find a balance point between the actual usage of ammonia and the excessive amount of ammonia escape,so that the SCR denitrification equipment can use ammonia more efficiently in the operation process,thus not only meets the tail smoke emission standard,but also does not appear excessive ammonia escape phenomenon.On the basis of reading domestic and foreign related research documents,this paper uses some engineering management methods,such as PDCA cycle,to find out the problems of engineering quality management in the company S denitrification optimization test and analyze and deal with them.In the project planning phase,the project outline,project objectives,project implementation equipment,project process and organization of project personnel are formulated by using the 5W1 H method in the cycle.The implementation phase of the project,with strict implementation and control of the various elements of the project plan phase,including project implementation equipment control,project progress control,project segregation of duties,training of project personnel,and project records archiving management;In the inspection stage of the project,the problems existing in the project are summarized by means of questionnaire survey and fish bone method.The project disposal phase,in conjunction with the results of the previous project inspection phase,proposes improvements that will be continuously tracked in the follow-up cycle on issues that will be improved in next cycle.Finally,through the research and improvement of this paper,the accuracy of the test has been improved,the construction schedule has been optimized,the whole project quality management system has been improved.The research of this paper is just a beginning of the construction of management system of the company S denitration optimization project,which is of great significance to the further development of the project.
