Research On Integration Of Airport Master Planning And Urban Spatial Planning

At present,70% of the cities above the prefecture level in China have civil aviation airports.With the rapid development of the airport and urban construction,environmental problems such as the impact of aircraft noise in the city where the airport is located,and the clearance safety of the airport flight caused by tall urban buildings(structures)have become increasingly acute.It is an effective measure to solve the above mentioned problems by realizing the organic integration of urban territorial spatial planning and airport master planning(two-planning).Carrying out relevant research will fill the relevant gaps and promote the coordinated,green and sustainable development between our cities and civil airports.The thesis firstly analyzes the technical standards and existing main problems,aviation noise control and acoustic environment function zone division,between the airport master planning and urban territorial spatial planning of China.In this paper,specific technical and management measures,which are for two-planning coordination of the acoustic environment,will be put forward,including the airport site selection,runway design,planning cycle,noise impact prediction,and airport surrounding compatibility planning and other aspects.The thesis systematically analyzes the clearance problem of civil airports in China and its contradiction with urban construction,then proposes a technical framework and measures for two-planning coordination from three technical dimensions: the airport obstacle limitation surface,the flight procedure protection area and the electromagnetic environmental protection area.The paper respectively puts forward the main influencing factors of the integration degree of two-planning coordination,of acoustic environment and spatial environment,and constructs the evaluation system of the integration degree.The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the unit index’s weight,and the extension comprehensive evaluation method is used for evaluating and calculating.Finally,the paper analyzes the integration degree of two-planning coordination for the case airport,and makes planning adjustments based on the problems of the case airport in the integration degree of two-planning coordination.The obvious improvement of the integration degree of two-planning coordination proves the effectiveness of the adjustment measures.The paper puts forward the concept and production method of the airport comprehensive environmental impaction map,which provides a reliable,intuitive and convenient tool for the urban spatial planning department to implement the integration degree of two-planning coordination.
