| The year 2018 was the tenth anniversary of the Wenchuan earthquake.Ten years later,the living conditions and life of the people in the disaster areas have always been the focus and hot spot of the government’s attention and scholars’ research.After the“5.12” the Wenchuan Earthquake in 2008,the Chinese government began to pay high attention to disaster prevention and mitigation work.First of all,the annual May 12 th was designated as the“Disaster Prevention and Mitigation Day,”and the“Twelfth Five-Year Plan”issued by the state,in the “Thirteenth Five-Year Plan”,it has been proposed that we must improve disaster prevention and mitigation systems,promote the construction of disaster prevention and mitigation projects,and raise disaster prevention and mitigation to the national level.This is precisely because of this call,on the occasion of the tenth anniversary of the Wenchuan Earthquake,one of the most severely affected areas in the Wenchuan earthquake was selected,and Beichuan,the only New County town reconstructed in different places,was the object of study.It was based on Beichuan’s plan for the county,the status quo of satisfaction with the status quo of construction and the use of industrial engineering methods to improve and optimize the spatial layout plan for the post-disaster reconstruction city,namely New Beichuan County.On the basis of previous research and the principle of “people-oriented” the author has firstly combined the flow of people and vehicles,the two important elements of traffic,with the SLP method,and applied it to the evaluation of the spatial layout planning of post-disaster reconstruction cities,taking human factors as the main factor in the layout design of the city.After dozens of field surveys in the new county of Beichuan,four aspects of the overall functional layout,traffic organization,ecological environment,and sustainable development were selected for research.From these four aspects,the existing status of Beichuan’s new county’s spatial layout planning was explored.Insufficiency,combined with the current construction and development of the new county seat in Beichuan,a questionnaire on the urban space layout for the post-disaster reconstruction of the new county of Beichuan was established.The satisfaction level of the Xin Beichuan people for the current spatial layout of the new Beichuan county was explored,and the system layout design wasused(The SLP)method is designed to improve deficiencies and opinions.In combination with the status quo,the author has constructed a set of evaluation index system that conforms to the study of Beichuan’s new county’s spatial layout,so that the evaluation results are more objective,theoretical,comprehensive,and persuasive.On this basis,a set of evaluation methods combined with AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was constructed.The spatial layout planning of the new county seat in Beichuan was studied and optimized,and the most satisfactory solution was finally screened out.In the end,this study reached the following conclusions:(1)Combining the satisfaction results obtained from the questionnaire survey,using the System Layout Design(SLP)method to improve and optimize the spatial layout of the new county in Beichuan,and designing three improvements;(2)Through extensive study of domestic and foreign literature and practical considerations of the new county seat in Beichuan,this study constructed an evaluation index system for post-disaster reconstruction of urban spatial layout planning,and scored the three existing schemes using expert scoring,and adopted the analytic hierarchy process.The index weights are obtained,and the maximum degree of membership method of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to rank the plans,and the best plan is finally selected;(3)All the research data of this article are obtained through field interviews and questionnaire surveys in Beichuan,which is a result of the study have more persuasive and credible. |
