Distribution Network Planning And Performance Evaluation Method Research Of A Country

Scientific and reasonable distribution network planning is the premise to ensure the safe and reliable power supply of distribution network.Power enterprises need to increase the economy and reliability of distribution network to the greatest extent,so the analysis of the comprehensive benefits of distribution network planning has gradually become the focus of attention of decision makers.In order to realize objectively and quantitatively the investment benefit of distribution network planning,which is necessary to evaluate the comprehensive benefit of distribution network planning,and it is of great significance to the scientific decision of distribution network planning scheme.The comprehensive benefit evaluation of distribution network planning is helpful to guide the decision-making of the planning scheme,optimize the distribution network structure and the rational utilization of resources,and is an important basis for selecting the distribution network planning scheme.Firstly,this paper introduces the general situation of regional power supply,economic and social development,and the current situation of distribution network in a county,and summarizes the problems existing in the distribution network of the county.Secondly,the load characteristics and load growth trend of a county are analyzed,and the load and electricity consumption are forecasted.Then determine the distribution network planning criteria,on the basis of analyzing the distribution network status and related problems,a county distribution network planning;Finally,according to the characteristics of distribution network and considering the influencing factors of distribution network economic benefit index,the comprehensive benefit evaluation index system of distribution network planning is constructed,and the weight of comprehensive benefit index is calculated by interval analytic hierarchy process(IAHP).The complexity of the evaluation process and the uncertainty of the influencing factors are solved.Through the comprehensive benefit evaluation of a county distribution network planning scheme,the results show that the established evaluation model can accurately evaluate and analyze the distribution network planning of a county.
