Research On Selection Of Suppliers For Shared E-bikes’ Batteries Of Enterprise M

The demand for shared E-bikes has gradually increased with the development of the shared industry,but M has a lower volume in the market because of the shortage of batteries,and it was caused by improper supplier selection.Therefore,the Kraljic model was used to define the position of batteries,and adjusting evaluation indicators based on positioning results.At the same time,the interval fuzzy soft set and the linear programming were used to solve the problems of evaluation value.After the application of the models,the battery is positioned as a strategic material and enterprise M should establish a strategic partnership with suppliers.In the process of suppliers’ selection,the consideration of price index has been transformed into core indexes,and the evaluation of risk is added also.The result of suppliers’ choosing is determined by the interval fuzzy soft set and the linear programming.Therefore,based on the results,establish a strategic material supply network with suppliers to ensure that the transportation of batteries meets the requirements of shared E-bikes.In addition,developing a suitable supplier which slightly inferior to the strategic partners as a spare supplier,so that the demand can be filled in time when the needs change suddenly or the production capacity of strategic suppliers is insufficient due to some accidents.This thesis focuses on the supplier selection of shared E-bikes’ batteries for enterprise M is to allow companies to clarify the position of the purchased materials,and formulate appropriate supplier procurement strategies based on the position.Adopting different methods to process the evaluation values and through the comparison of the results to give the final result of supplier selection.This has reference significance for other companies when purchasing materials,and it also has important strategic significance for the development of the sharing industry.
