| In the field of construction program,the procurement of materials work is not only an important segment in the engineering project but also an important guarantee to enable the program.In recent years,due to the highly competition in construction industry,various construction companies are exploring a set of practical project management modes to achieve better competitiveness.In China with the wide application of supply chain management theory,construction enterprises are facing new market competition.Accordingly,building enterprises must constantly improve their management philosophy to meet the needs of development.Purchasing management is an important function for enterprises to carry out scientific business activities.The level of purchasing cost largely depends on the level of purchasing management.In addition,improving the purchasing management rules is also a powerful strengthening of weak links in enterprise management.In total cost of construction project,procurement expenditure accounts for more than 70%.Therefore,improving the efficiency of procurement and capital usage are closely related to final project revenue.Therefore,the optimization design of T company’s purchasing management can effectively improve company’s profitability and comprehensive competitiveness.Based on the investigation of the purchasing work of T Construction Company,this thesis summarizes and analyzes several problems being in adoption procedure.The procurement of engineering materials is a complex system work involving many specific implementation links and interaction between various types of materials.Through the analysis and practice of many existing cases,it has been proved that the cooperation mode of a single supplier of a certain category of materials in the past can no longer accommodate to the requirement for the expansion of enterprise development.According to the development stage and characteristics of T company,combined with procurement management theory and method,this thesis uses Kraljic model to research and optimize the T company’s purchasing classification.On the basis of sorting out the existing literature,this thesis redefines the specific content of purchasing material category and supplier admittance management index,and it establishes a material category and supplier admittance evaluation system.After the statistics of Delphi expert scoring data,this thesis uses professional data analysis software SPSSPRO to calculate the weight value between the indexes,the corresponding complete evaluation system is constructed.And then,in accordance with the above classification and bond with the characteristics of each category,the centralized and decentralized procurement modes are reasonably adopted and the corresponding procurement management processes are established.The Supplier classification selection method based on material classification is proposed.it explores supplier management strategies,and then gives the superior solution to the purchasing management.At last,from the strategic management point of view,it is proposed to set up an integrated procurement center in order to improve the overall management level and build an efficient procurement team,eventually achieving the comprehensive economic benefits of the construction company.Finally,the model of supplier selection and evaluation based on material classification,which combines AHP with Kraljic matrix,further broadens method of supplier selection.Through a series of research and data analysis,the material classification system and supplier management system are established in order to provide a scientific basis for the construction industry’s engineering material procurement,save procurement costs,enhance the procurement management level of engineering projects,establish an enterprise procurement management model in line with industry characteristics,and apply it to other similar projects.So that this study has more practical application value. |
