Study On Industrial Planning Of International Tourism Island Civilization Ecological Village From The Perspective Of Sustainable Development

This paper mainly studying the sustainable development of eco-village under the background of hainan international tourism island.It is of far-reaching significance to study the sustainable development of hainan international tourism island under the background of building eco-village of hainan international tourism island.Now,the research focuses on ecological and sustainable development of rural areas,this paper adopts the inductive deductive analysis,point and surface analysis,analysis with theoretical research and practical investigation,comparative analysis,qualitative quantitative evaluation methods and literature research methods to research current situation,problems,evaluation of sustainable development research of hainan eco-village,then combining the successful experience of domestic and overseas and hainan eco-village construction of their own advantages,and offer related suggestions.Based on the analysis of the present situation eco-village of wenchang,this paper finds that wenchang city has increased the rural transportation input;improved the rural traffic condition;developed farming,aquaculture and fishery industries in the construction of eco-village and strive to build excellent brands,the number of eco-villages and the per capita disposable income of farmers above the average level of hainan.Hainan eco-village construction has made great achievements,but there are still some problems,mainly includes land use needs to be further optimized,infrastructure utilization efficiency is not high,sustainable development is restricted,the overall level of farmers’ income is not high and regional development is unbalanced.,etc.InHainan eco-village construction of the evaluation of sustainable infrastructure,it belongs to the radical development model,infrastructure on the comprehensive level of medium slant,capital investment and external coordination is poorer,input use efficiency needs further improvement.Under the guidance of new rural construction,scientific development concept,openness and innovation,using sustainable development theory,combined with domestic and foreign successful experience,from the geographical nature,climate,culture and other aspects,to analyze the advantages of the hainan eco-village construction,and from the ecological agriculture,ecological agricultural product processing industry,ecological agriculture,tourism and safeguard measures of the sustainable development measures are offered.
