Basic Research On Management System Of Slow Travel Corridor System Within Hainan Island

As the development of the economic and the progress of the times,leisure and tourism have become the trend for new lifestyle of modern people, the needs for the sustainable development of low-carbon slow and ecological under the trend of global environment’s deteriorating have become more and more urgent. Under this background, the building of Hainan international tourism island which have the absolute advantage on ecological environment and tourism resources not only conform to the needs of the times and development, but also is a forward-looking and exemplary explore green ecological development model in the era of low-carbon economy for China and faraway the world, and it is unique. Through the analysis of the status quo on the building of Hainan international tourism island, indicate that there exits some problems with the development construction mode which is detrimental to its development, which led to the thinking of the new model for the construction of Hainan international tourism island, and proposed the "National Park Mode"as a innovative model for the construction of Hainan international tourism island, the tourist corridor system is the platform of the "National Park mode". It includes the fast travel corridor system and the slow travel corridor system, the former as its skeleton the construction of it has been basically completed, and the latter as its lifeblood the construction of it is still in its infancy. Thus proposed the research topic-basic research on the building of the slow travel corridor system within Hainan Island, it include the basic research on the space system and management system, both of these two aspects are very important, and also indispensable. The subject mainly did some preliminary exploration on the construction of management system of the slow travel corridor system within Hainan Island.This article on the one hand combed the related the theoretical basis of slow travel corridor system management system construction, by means of control and feedback relevant principles of system theory and the creative holism-systems thinking which applies to the management system construction, it basic analyzed how to grasp and make use of economic, social and environmental factors which impact the construction of Hainan slow travel corridor system, and how to coordinate the relationship of them, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the management system construction of slow travel corridor system; and on the other hand,it did some practice case research on the management system building mode of the national park system and greenway system which have some similarity and correlation with the slow travel corridor system, selected the representative and relative national parks and greenways system of some countries and regions and did some systemic elaboration on the the basic building mode of their management system, so as to provide learning and practical basis for the management system’s building content and mode of the slow travel corridor system. Base on these two aspects,this article established the basic research framework of the management system of Hainan slow travel corridor system, initially starting from the establishment of the management object and the content in different stages; at the same time, combined the needs and characteristics of the Hainan slow travel corridor system, did some preliminary exploration on the management system’s basic building content and mode of the the slow travel corridor system within Hainan Island, finally formed the basic theoretical model framework of it; and use it as guidance model to did some preliminary practice exploration took as Haikou for example, and did some more detailed and in-depth analysis and research on the construction of the management system of Haikou slow travel corridor system based on a basic overview of the basis of the study area.Because of the limitations of my knowledge and ability, as well as the limitations of time and conditions, there are still many shortcomings and deficiencies with the research of this subject,which remains to be done to further improve and deepen.
