The Safety Management Of Tourism Ships In Yingkou Maritime Area

CThe development of water sightseeing tourism business is strong and the number of tourists traveling by ships is rising sharply with the continuous economy growth.But at the same time,the development of water tourism in Yingkou maritime administration zone has also brought the unprecedented pressure to local governments,maritime administration agencies and other departments in management.In the face of difficulties in safety management,it is necessary to analyze and study how the government departments should fulfill their duties to strengthen the standardized management of tourist ship companies and ensure the safe operations to guarantee the safety of tourists’ life and property with the safe development of water traffic environment in Yingkou maritime jurisdiction.Based on the actual situation of the maritime management work in Yingkou maritime jurisdiction,this paper conducts an intensive investigation according to the current situation of the safety management of the tourist ships,and analyzes the basic issues such as company management,crew qualification and navigation environment.By comparing the domestic and foreign management experience,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for the safety management of tourist ships in Yingkou maritime jurisdiction,which includes establishing and perfecting the mechanism of government safety management,standardizing the operation behavior of tourist ship companies,optimizing the navigation environment of water tourism in the jurisdiction area and strengthening the safety publicity and management of tourists.This paper studies the issues of the safety management of tourist ships in Yingkou maritime jurisdiction,in order to provide the references for the safety management of water tourism,and propose suggestions for improving the level of government safety supervision and public service.
