“Two passengers and one dangerous” vehicles include chartered buses for tourism,buses of Class III or above,and special road vehicles for transporting hazardous chemicals and civilian explosives.In the event of an accident of “two passengers and one dangerous” road transport vehicles,the losses and casualties caused are huge.This thesis takes the “two passengers and one dangerous” road transport enterprises in Shaanxi Province as the research object,analyzes the road transport accident data of the past five years and the research results at home and abroad,and establishes the safety evaluation model of “two passengers and one dangerous” road transport enterprises based on combination weighting-improved TOPSIS from the perspective of enterprise safety production status evaluation.The main research work of this thesis includes:(1)Through the Shaanxi Provincial Road Transportation Center to collect vehicle information,employee information,violation information and enterprise-related information to build a “two passengers and one dangerous” road transport enterprise data set,and finally intercept 236 dangerous goods road transport data and 160 operating passenger car road transport data as the research object.(2)Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign safety evaluation standards,safety evaluation experience and accident influencing factors,the safety evaluation index system of“two passengers and one dangerous” road transport enterprises is constructed from four aspects:vehicles and equipment,employees,enterprise safety management and dangerous goods.Combined with the improved Delphi method to obtain expert opinions,the safety evaluation index system is optimized.In addition,according to the characteristics of qualitative indicators and quantitative indicators,the data of “two passengers and one dangerous” road transport enterprises in Shaanxi Province are quantified by using the differential method.(3)Aiming at the problem that the current safety evaluation methods lack objectivity and scientificity,this thesis proposes a safety evaluation model of “two passengers and one dangerous” road transportation enterprises based on combination weighting-improved TOPSIS.Through the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method,the subjective and objective weights are calculated respectively,and the minimum information entropy method is used to calculate the combined weight.The improved TOPSIS model based on grey correlation analysis is used to evaluate the safety of “two passengers and one dangerous” road transportation enterprises in Shaanxi Province.Finally,the K-means++ clustering analysis method is used to analyze the safety evaluation results,determine the safety rating of each enterprise,and compare and analyze the overall safety status of the enterprise and the safety status between enterprises,and propose improvement suggestions for the enterprise.(4)Based on the research content of this thesis,the front-end and back-end separation technology is used to build a safety evaluation system for road transportation enterprises.The front and back ends are built with Vue and Spring Boot as the basic framework,and My SQL database is used for data storage and Redis database is used for cache storage.The data management module,data visualization module,enterprise safety evaluation module,system login module and system authority setting are designed and implemented.A total of five modules are set up,and the safety evaluation model based on combination weighting-improved TOPSIS is used as the underlying algorithm to realize the application system of “two passengers and one dangerous” road transportation enterprise safety evaluation for enterprise users and government supervision departments. |
