| Construction supplier evaluation is a key part of construction supply chain management,and the use of scientific and reasonable methods to conduct sustainable supplier evaluation(SSS)is particularly important for the stability and sustainable development of construction enterprises.At present,a systematic sustainability evaluation index system for construction suppliers has yet to be established.In terms of evaluation methods,existing research ignores the problem of inconsistent preferences among decision-makers and the correlation between sustainable supplier evaluation indicators.How to eliminate the inconsistency between evaluators and deal with the correlation between evaluation indicators at the lowest cost is very critical for construction enterprises to select the best sustainable suppliers for construction.In this paper,the evaluation index system of sustainable suppliers of construction is first established through the literature research method and the expert opinion method.Based on the theories of sustainable supplier evaluation criteria and selection method,fuzzy set,group consensus,a new construction sustainable supplier selection method is proposed.This method combines Consensus Reaching Process(CRP)with Trial Evaluation Laboratory(DEMATEL)and Vlse Kriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje(VIKOR),including the CRP-DEMEL standard weight calculation method and the CRP-VIKOR supplier evaluation model.Finally,the feasibility and efficiency of the construction sustainable supplier selection method based on group DEMEL and VIKOR is verified by a case study of an construction engineering company.This method can not only deal with the inconsistency of group decision-makers and the interrelationship of evaluation criteria,but also considers the balance between the maximization of group profits and the minimization of individual regret,making the conclusion of sustainable supplier selection more realistic and providing an new idea for the evaluation research of construction suppliers. |
