Remanufacturing Service Supplier Evaluation And Selection Research

Remanufacturing Service is an important component of Reverse Supply Chain Service,and it is one of the most important operation management models for realizing the multi-life cycle of products.Supplier is one of the most important subjects in Remanufacturing Service strategy.The manufacturer's product recovery and remanufacturing strategy have a major impact on the supplier's component supply.Under the remanufacturingservice integration and collaborative operation mode,Remanufacturing Service supplier is the direct participant and major implementer of theservice.The quality of the whole Remanufacturing Service is directly determined by the quality of the service activities.How to improve the level of remanufacturing service by optimizing the organization and management model of Remanufacturing Servicesupplier is a subject worthy of further study.Therefore,the evaluation and decision-making methods of Remanufacturing Service supplier are studied and the main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the research status at home and abroad,the definition of Remanufacturing Service and the technical basis of Remanufacturing Service are stated.The three stages of Remanufacturing Service realization process model is built with the Supplier evaluation and decision making.The status and role of Supplier evaluation and decision making is emphasized.The process and difficulties of Supplier evaluation and decision making are analyzed.(2)Remanufacturing supplier evaluation index system is built.Remanufacturing capability and environmental level evaluation index are analyzed.The defects of AHP method are analyzed,and FAHP method is used to evaluate each supplier.(3)The shortcomings of previous index system is analyzed,the principle of building index system is stated according to the characteristics of Remanufacturing Service,and the three phase of the decision-making index system is built.The multi criteria decision-making model of Remanufacturing service providers is built.Compared with the advantages and disadvantages of other methods,the practicability and advantages of VIKOR method are analyzed.Mixed types evaluation information of the qualitative and quantitative data information is used,the Information Entropy principle is used to define of trust function,the weights of decision-makers and indexes are objectively determined.(4)Scrap roller is given as an instance to illustrate the feasibility of decision making and evaluation model for Remanufacturing service providers.And the superiority of the algorithm is verified with comparing the results.
