Green mine is a new mining development model with the optimization of mineral resources development and utilization and the minimization of environmental impact. How to objectively evaluate the construction level of green mine has become the key to promote the construction of green mine and an important path to realize the sustainable development of mineral resources. However, the evaluation system and method of green mine construction are not perfect at present. On the one hand,in the process of establishing the index system, most of the studies ignore the internal relationship between the indexes and only list the influencing factors related to green mine construction. On the other hand, when establishing the evaluation model, most of the models are not perfect. They only evaluate the construction effect at a certain time point,do not show the changing trend of the construction process, and lack the evaluation of the internal coordination of the system. This paper aims to improve the evaluation index system of green mines, optimize the evaluation method model, and provide an effective way to promote the sustainable development of mining industry.(1)Based on the driving force-pressure-state-impact-response framework model, this paper constructs an evaluation index system of green mine construction including 32basic indicators from these five levels, and shows the internal relationship between the indicators more intuitively. It helps to rationalize the mechanism of action of various elements within the overall system of green mines,so that enterprises can flexibly respond to a series of related factor changes caused by changes in a certain indicator.(2)When constructing the evaluation model, the subjective and objective combination weighting method is used to determine the index weight,so that the index weight can not only be consistent with the subjective evaluation of the decision maker, but also meet the objective judgment of the inconsistency between the indicators;in the comprehensive evaluation and analysis, the TOPSIS-coupling coordination model is introduced to quantitatively evaluate the spatial and temporal evolution process of green mine construction and the coupling coordination between systems. From the two aspects of time and space, the overall construction of green mines in the study area and the coordinated development of mining enterprises are objectively evaluated.Combined with the obstacle function model, the obstacle factors in the process of green mine construction are analyzed, which points out the direction for the continuous improvement of green mine construction.(3)Taking the construction of green mines in four mining enterprises in Fengtai mining area from 2012 to 2021 as the research object,it is concluded that the factors of annual ore processing(0.0771)and concentrate yield(0.0606)account for a large proportion. The construction and coordination degree of the four mining enterprises from good to bad are B enterprise,D enterprise,A enterprise and C enterprise. The comprehensive evaluation index and coordination degree of the driving force subsystem show a fluctuating trend, and the other subsystems show an increasing trend. The annual processing ore volume(D1),the input-output ratio of tons of mineral resources(D4),the concentrate yield(D5),and the per capita income growth level of workers(D6)are still the main obstacle factors for the construction of green mines in the Fengtai ore concentration area. The applicability of the model is verified by an example, which can also provide suggestions and countermeasures for the green construction of mining enterprises.
